The manager here is an absolute abomination. Zero customer service. Online order, wait 30 minutes after it pings and nothing. Was told to call customer care rudely, who did absolutely nothing. Also got charged twice for food never received. This location is poorly run and slow as hell. Never stepping foot again, in this s-hole. I ended up eating two charges, no food. Customer service is located in Mexico, no one speaks English and did not credit anything back. Told me to contact my bank for reversal, unbelievable!!

This location is consistently out of extra crispy chicken, and I was told they run out of chicken because they sell it everyday. I’m very aware working in the food service industry that if par levels are being followed they should have enough chicken throughout the day to serve customers without running out. The worst part is it’s always right at the beginning of the dinner time rush after 5.

The girl that waited on us Friday night was wonderful. The food was great. The only problem that we had was I got 3 chicken tenders to go for $8 and they were very small. A little disappointed in that. Everything else was good.

This is a Kfc/Tacobell restaurant. I've tried to give this location a lot of grace as they tend to always be understaffed but I just can't anymore. Ordered tonight and received the wrong food and my quesadilla was rolled up like a burrito.

Restaurant Manager was rude. Place was empty and she complianed of customer ordering food that would take a long time to cook and didn't have the food the customer was ordering.

This experience was awful! Ordered online and got to the restaurant. Order was marked as ready and I went inside where it took forever for someone to seem like they cared to the front counter. When they finally did I was told there was no chicken ready and it would be over an hour. When I asked about canceling the order from the app I was told she had no idea how to do it but they still had half of my order ready. I told them to keep it and I left. Called KFC’s customer service and reported this to them and got my refund. Don’t waste your time going there.

Walked in before 8:00. Used the restroom and they then tell us that it is after 8:00. It was 8:01 but we were already in there. The boy was rude to me and the girl said that I could go through the drive thru. Now this is on a Friday night. Not pleased and they have lost my business for good.

We stopped in to get some food. Made two phone calls to my kids to see if they wanted anything after waiting a few minutes. We were standing in the lobby for a good 10 minutes before they decided to tell us they weren't taking orders from the lobby. Very disappointed in the fact that they have no sign on the door or they didn't say anything earlier. Won't come here ever again.

I spent 36.00 in the drive thru and not a single meal was right. No sauces , napkins, utensils...even the drinks were Dr. Pepper and should have been Pepsi. Told the manager who got smart with me. When I snapped at her, she called the police on me. NEVER EVER AGAIN.... Terrible ?
