End of July, we came for dinner after haircuts in the same shopping center. It was 6:30 pm. Strike one was the restaurant was uncomfortably hot- probably 80 degrees. It was about half full, and of the groups at about 4-5 other tables, it looked like only one other group was ordering food and not just ice cream. It still took almost 40 minutes for 2 adult burgers with fries, 2 kids grilled cheese, a kids burger, and a fruit cup and side of more fries. My 18 month old was very restless so I let him toddle around- he fell a few times and came up with black, sticky hands- I realized the floor was disgusting. I asked our waitress what was taking so long, and she said they got a big online order. Since when do you fill online orders and make people sit in your restaurant for over 30 minutes? Finally our food comes, as the waitress sits a group of a dozen teenagers down. We had not even taken bites of our meals, and the waitress says, “do you want to preorder ice cream?” No, I want to wait until everyone has finished their dinner before any ice cream is ordered. I was upset that she asked this loudly in front of my young children. I told them no, that they needed to eat their food before we ordered ice cream. The quality of food was not good. The amount of bacon they put on a bacon cheeseburger just to justify the extra charge is laughable. I went to use the mustard and the top of it was disgusting, crusted over with old mustard. We ate what we could eat an about 20 minutes after receiving our food, tried to place an ice cream order. Our waitress informed us it would probably be another 15 or 20 minute wait just for scoops of ice cream in bowls, because the large group of teenagers next to us had put in a big order and it was only her and one other girl in the restaurant working on scooping ice cream. We paid our bill and left. I will not be back.

Floors sticky, and the burgers are TINY for $20... go to red Robin nd get a gourmet burger abd unlimited fries... The milkshake that my daughter wanted to get was a s'mores. The to go the cup that they wanted to use was smaller than a red solo cup, and it was gonna be $20 for that Milkshake. It is absolute highway robbery. And people fall for it....I will NEVER, ever go there again... the staff also thought it funny when I questioned the size of the $18 to go cup CUP... SMALLER THAN A SOLO CUP... stuck up and snobby.

Came in and got seated, sat there while 1 girl took care of the only 2 other tables there. 2 other girls standing around talking at the counter. 20 minutes later finally had the 1 girl come over to us to ask about my daughters ESA. She walked away and came back 10 mins later to finally ask if we even wanted a drink. So 30 minutes total before we were even offered drinks. Needless to say, we just got up and left. Very disappointing as my kids have been looking forward to trying the place out. The concept is amazing. The service is horrendous. We went to Vampire Penguin instead and they were absolutely amazing and saved our family day out.

I brought my kids for a birthday celebration. 3/4 burgers came out fairly quickly but my daughter’s did not. Literally the sane thing but with bacon. We patiently waited about 5 minutes. I got up and asked the server if my daughter’s burger would be out soon and she said “I think so.” She didn’t go check. She stood there and talked to the other girls. Fast forward about 15 min later and there is some commotion with another server about a bacon burger. The servers talked a few minutes then when back to the kitchen and came bank out yet no one ever stopped by to talk to us. Our drinks went unfilled. Then shakes came out and the celebration cake was horrible and tasted burned according to both kids. Neither ate it. About halfway through dessert the server said the burger would be right out. When I asked for it to-go she was rude about it and said well he’s already making it. I explained that we just wanted it to go. Again never a real apology or explanation for anything. Finally the burger came out and it didn’t even have bacon! To make matters worse they actually charged us for it! My daughter went an entire birthday celebration without the burger she wanted and when she got it the order was wrong. We kindly asked them to remove it and they wouldn’t and blamed my daughter for not ordering it with bacon even though the receipt said bacon burger. They finally offered to reduce the price by $1. When we pushed back she offered 59% off. They did finally remove the burger. We were the only ones in the restaurant a good part of the time so I’m not sure what happened. Poor service in so many areas. We will not return.
Got the bacon burger and chips. Then the traditional Sunday with caramel sauce. Delicious! I would suggest either bigger napkins or a stack left on the table when served. Felt bad we had to keep asking for more.

After our baseball tournament, we stopped with our friends for lunch and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The burgers were absolutely wonderful. The variety on the menu ensured that everyone in our group found something they loved.
And the shakes? They were out of this world! True to their name, they were crazy and delicious, with unique flavors and toppings that made each one a delightful treat. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, perfect for a post-game celebration.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic experience and a good time!
