I went there during lunch time, the beef fried rice was very good and the highlight of my trip. I also had the chicken teriyaki which was a little
overcooked on the outside but was moist and tender on the inside but didn't really have any flavor. The spare ribs were horrible they were extremely hard and tasted like they had been cooked two or three days ago.

Mixed vegetables in white sauce, spring rolls, and some general tso's tofu. Went in on Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. Great place to catch a quiet lunch!

When I say New China is my GO TO Chinese hookup in Powhatan!I’m not kidding when I say I have burnt out my boyfriend from Chinese food cuz I eat here at least once, if not, twice a week. Service is always fast & friendly! I LOOOVE their cheesesteak egg rolls (5 for $10 not bad at all!) & I always get the Happy Family dish ?

Pretty good Chinese food. Ordered boneless spareribs combo and shrimp in lobster sauce combo. Generous portions at a reasonable price. I will be back!

Most of the time the food is pretty good, but the vegetable egg rolls are nothing special. They taste bland! I think that they purchase them from the dollar tree, because I have & they are very similar in taste!! China Taste on the other hand has good tasting spring rolls.

I like New China and their food is usually good. However, the last time I ordered from them I had a large order and they said it would be 40 minutes. I got there on time, but it took another 15 minutes. Some of the food that was in the deep fryer was cooked to long and was extra crispy and a little dried out . I think the problem is that there was only 2 people working and they need more help. I will order from them again.

Shrimp Egg Roll was tough over cooked, Shrimp Appitizee were Store/Frozen Food Section like bought next door at foodlion. Beef on Stick never order again.
