We ordered delivery of a papadia and chicken wings. The papadia was good ( A little soggy but edible ) the wings however were undercooked, rubbery, greasy ( we got the plain ) and full of fat. They were not edible and went into the trash. I submitted a complaint on the website & sent an email with zero response. The lack of customer care of this particular location by management is disappointing. I only asked for a credit and feel it's deserved as we had to end up cooking. Thank goodness there are several other pizza places within a short distance that actually have good customer service and food! ** Update - still no response. I will never eat at the powhatan location again. It's a shame the owner/manager doesn't care about its customers.

Great pizzas. Good price Atmosphere is a to go pizza place , none expected.
Parking: Shared parking lot with several business including grocery store. There has always been some closse to the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the sidewalk and a low threshold door that should be accessible. Space inside is a bit cramped.

Asked for a large thin crust square cut ham bacon and pineapple pizza got only ham and pineapple with hair. Yes hair. Not thin crust, not square cut. Rather disappointing

My pizza was perfect, young lady running the show was on it, I ordered, went to Food Lion next door to pay over the top prices and returned to a hot and ready pie for less than twelve bucks, just FYI, tip jar by the register... thank you young lady, for a couple meals and maybe a snack for less than twelve bucks..

We just paid $40 for two of the worst pizzas ever. SKIMPY cheese on both pizzas and the thin crust pizza was so hard and overcooked that we had to add cheese to make it palatable. Even that didn't help! I guess you have to pay even more money for extra cheese to get a fair portion. A Not Satisfied
