I'm pissed cus ever since I got married and changed my name everytime I try to order delivery it doesn't take always says there's an issue with my card even though I got a new card with my new last name. I just want good pizza delivered to me but I guess yall won't let that happen. Smh it's ok I'll look elsewhere

Ordered pizza, bread sticks and chicken online, told 6PM-615Pm delivery, came COLD at 650. Called location, the manager told me to get pizza from Food Lion...like WHAT!!!! $65. for 3 items pizza, breadsticks and boneless chicken..... and it was COLD. horrible.... will be going to Rosas, or Italanian delight from now on.. horrible nasty company and people

We ordered delivery of a papadia and chicken wings. The papadia was good ( A little soggy but edible ) the wings however were undercooked, rubbery, greasy ( we got the plain ) and full of fat. They were not edible and went into the trash. I submitted a complaint on the website & sent an email with zero response. The lack of customer care of this particular location by management is disappointing. I only asked for a credit and feel it's deserved as we had to end up cooking. Thank goodness there are several other pizza places within a short distance that actually have good customer service and food! ** Update - still no response. I will never eat at the powhatan location again. It's a shame the owner/manager doesn't care about its customers.

Parking: Shared parking lot with several business including grocery store. There has always been some closse to the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the sidewalk and a low threshold door that should be accessible. Space inside is a bit cramped.

My pizza was perfect, young lady running the show was on it, I ordered, went to Food Lion next door to pay over the top prices and returned to a hot and ready pie for less than twelve bucks, just FYI, tip jar by the register... thank you young lady, for a couple meals and maybe a snack for less than twelve bucks..
