My pizza was perfect, young lady running the show was on it, I ordered, went to Food Lion next door to pay over the top prices and returned to a hot and ready pie for less than twelve bucks, just FYI, tip jar by the register... thank you young lady, for a couple meals and maybe a snack for less than twelve bucks..

We just paid $40 for two of the worst pizzas ever. SKIMPY cheese on both pizzas and the thin crust pizza was so hard and overcooked that we had to add cheese to make it palatable. Even that didn't help! I guess you have to pay even more money for extra cheese to get a fair portion. A Not Satisfied

This place is a joke. I've ordered from there and had it delivered to me several times before and now suddenly an hour and a half after I place the order I have to call to find out they refuse to deliver my order that I've already paid for. Terrible customer service. Never again.
Papa John's has always been my favorite! I love the garlic dipping butter!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I have ordered the same pizza for the last 4 months... 1 topping pepperoni with a cheese stuffed crust for $13.99. Always comes that way... this time I order 2 of them and they come with a cheese pizza but the crust is pepperoni filled. I called and they agreed they made a mistake... and sent 1 replacement. I called and said I ordered 2.... They fought with me for 10 minutes over the phone saying a 1 topping pizza was the cheese... not pepperoni. I have kids at my house all the time and have ordered from them multiple times... no more. It was a male that I spoke with and the name I got was Gracey.
