Food not the problem, but maybe we can figure out how to deliver all over in the county where you service. I live 5 minutes away but for some reason they dont deliver this close. But they'll deliver to a place further. Needs to be changed.

Ordered some pizza. Wondered what the smell was on the way home. When I opened the box a strong smell of rotten garbage overwhelmed me to the point of gagging. I called them about this and they said it's supposed to smell that way because it's garlic. NO. Garlic doesn't smell like something that could make my family get a foodborne illness. You have got to be out of your minds. If this is normal to them I have to wonder how clean it is back there. I'll never order from here again and would suggest you go somewhere else, too. The pizza is sitting uneaten on the front porch in its box because the smell was permeating every surface of my home.Update: They refunded me which is why I increased my rating. Thank you.

I think someone poisoned my marinara sauce.....it tasted different and I'm the only one who ate it out of my KIDS and husband. I went to bed and woke up in a fright with this wave falling over me over and over again of a feeling that started in my brain and would rush all down Me in something I've never ever experiencedbefore. I could move and get up but it would send my heart into a race and sweats then loss of control in parts of my body and it would stop the. Start and kept going for about 10 minutes...I've never felt this before and I know what restless leg and withdraw is like and it wasn't this. It's the only difference other than my baby who never vomits did vomit before bed after eating his pizza.....posting this incase this happens to anyone else. It felt like I was dying but without true pain ?

Very limited space, no wheelchair accessibility if necessary, online ordered our pizza and was told 15 mins yet waited 45 for our pizza even after paying & was asked 3x by the same employee if he could help me with something and told him the same thing each time that I was still waiting on our food. Did not have the staff to meet the demands

The food was great but the front cashier left 5 customers in line and went to the back and started cooking. I inquired why we did not have a front cashier and was told by a woman in the back that he would be with us shortly. This did not happen. Finally after several minutes the cashier had to be told to get to the front because the line was getting long. It's a shame that a great tasting pizza was ruined by an improperly trained manager and employee.

I was very impressed with how quickly they delivered our food. Everything was still hot and the order was correct.I don't normally use many food delivery services out here because they tend to take forever, but I'd use Pizza Hut again!

Terrible customer service and some weird little big lady smoking cigarettes yelling at every one in the corner........very disorganized highly wouldn't recommend when papa John's only few miles up the street

Food and service is sub par at best. Pasta had been prepared too early and sat in the warmer. So, it was dry and crusty. Had to wait on boneless wings which were not fully coated with sauce. Asked for curbside pick up, but found out it wasn't available upon arrival. I had to leave my vehicle running to keep the ac on b/c I had my pups with me. I was told when I called to announce my arrival that my order was ready. It wasn't. So, my vehicle sat running in the parking lot for at least 5 minutes with my pups inside while I waited.
