Happy to have a Starbucks in Powhatan, but wish they’d be able to create a drink or complete my order without me having to always go back and let them know they’ve forgotten something on it.

Every time I go I have a good experience!! Appreciate the staff for remembering my name!! It’s the little things :) my drink is always delicious!! The manager is the best!!! Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Always clean on the inside when I go inside as well!!

Mobile order at 2:43pm, est time ready 2:50pm, did not receive drink until 3:08 pm. Hopefully better experience next time because those ladies were definitely working hard but perhaps need an additional employee to help.
