worst taco bell ive ever been to - they make my order wrong 9/10 - i have thrown up bc i have dietary restrictions and cant have the dairy sauce and they never fail to make me vomit and make me sick. the most disgusting nasty taco bell with the rudest employees ive ever met.

Used the drive thru. Ordered 12 piece family meal with coleslaw and 2 mashed potatoes & gravy with the 6 biscuits. They asked us to wait 7 minutes for the extra crispy meal. We agreed. Twelve minutes later they finally brought our food out. We get home. Unpack our meal so we can eat, only to find that there is no gravy for our meal. I call the restaurant explain the situation to the manager. His solution to replace the mashed potatoes and gravy, only. We ordered a whole meal waited for it only to be disappointed with no gravy included. Whole meal is now ruined without the gravy. Who goes to KFC and just gets mashed potatoes and gravy. Especially after you dropped $50 for a meal. Disappointed, to say the least.

Took forever to get our food (like 20 minutes), not exactly fast food. The bathrooms are disgusting! The dining room not much better. I don’t think they’ve been cleaned in the past several weeks. Food was just thrown into the general direction of the packaging and looked terrible. Lettuce was brown. Almost no meat in the tacos or nachos. This used to be the best Taco Bell around, but has fallen so far.

Instead of informing us that they were out of beef, they put chicken in all of our tacos. A five layer burrito with chicken..... not so good. Then they locked the doors and ignored us.
