I have tried to go to this restaurant 6 times in the past year. Every time I have gone, something is always wrong or broken at this place. They have signs saying, dining room now open. But don't bother. The doors will be locked. If you order on the app, the app will take your entire order, but once you get there, the drive through will tell you that they only have drinks. There is no way to judge the food, because it's never open. No need to post pics, because it's never open. Seriously, just avoid this place!

This location is being remodeled, so it's drive thru only. Our breakfast croissant and biscuit sandwich were so-so, adequate. The young lady running the drive thru at 6:25 AM was great - friendly, efficient, competent, and kind, and she makes good coffee.

Just returned home with my drive thru order I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers large fries and frosty What I Got was a very spicy chicken sandwich and a burger with bacon on a yucky pretzel bun if it wasn’t 5:30pm and I wouldn’t have to fight the traffic again I would take it back. Why can’t they just get the order right nothing complicated about it

I had heard some negative opinions from locals that hadn't eaten here in a few years. But I went 2 times this week. Both times the food was fresh and delicious. The service was prompt, friendly and helpful. I did not go inside. I only used the drive through, but the parking lot was clean and ample. What I could see from the window appeared clean and organized.
Went here (the S Creek 1 in Powhatan location) for the first time back in January (2024) and told my husband that this was the BEST Wendy’s I had gone to in a very long time and wanted to give the team some praise. In all transparency, we live closest to the Wendy’s on Midlothian Turnpike by Chesterfield Town Center but every time we have gone in, tried to go through the Drive Thru or even Door Dashed food from the one by Chesterfield Town Center we never get our food (because no one comes to the DT window, the restaurant cancels the Door Dash order or if we are lucky enough to get food it’s not the best). But this location on S Creek 1 in Powhatan is NOTHING like that! I drive, well I have my husband drive, lol - 25 minutes to the Powhatan location just to go get our food. They really do excel at customer service and delicious food. Keep up the good work!
