Just returned home with my drive thru order I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers large fries and frosty What I Got was a very spicy chicken sandwich and a burger with bacon on a yucky pretzel bun if it wasn’t 5:30pm and I wouldn’t have to fight the traffic again I would take it back. Why can’t they just get the order right nothing complicated about it

I had heard some negative opinions from locals that hadn't eaten here in a few years. But I went 2 times this week. Both times the food was fresh and delicious. The service was prompt, friendly and helpful. I did not go inside. I only used the drive through, but the parking lot was clean and ample. What I could see from the window appeared clean and organized.
Went here (the S Creek 1 in Powhatan location) for the first time back in January (2024) and told my husband that this was the BEST Wendy’s I had gone to in a very long time and wanted to give the team some praise. In all transparency, we live closest to the Wendy’s on Midlothian Turnpike by Chesterfield Town Center but every time we have gone in, tried to go through the Drive Thru or even Door Dashed food from the one by Chesterfield Town Center we never get our food (because no one comes to the DT window, the restaurant cancels the Door Dash order or if we are lucky enough to get food it’s not the best). But this location on S Creek 1 in Powhatan is NOTHING like that! I drive, well I have my husband drive, lol - 25 minutes to the Powhatan location just to go get our food. They really do excel at customer service and delicious food. Keep up the good work!

I see why this location is DEAD all the time. Service was sketchy, therefore didn’t trust the food, got to the window and workers were goofing off, including the manager, so I just drove off. I’m all for having fun at work, etc., but when you keep peeking out the window and laughing and not acknowledging the customer, that’s just immature and weird.

I hardly ever eat anything out due to the cleanliness of establishments now. But my sugar was running low, and I had to eat something quick So I thought I’d give Wendy’s breakfast a chance. I went through the drive-through as for two egg biscuits with onions And two sausage biscuits for my mother. The woman on the mic asked onions I said yes. It sounded like she was bothered by that because she said now I have to go to the cooler and open some up. So she told me to pull to the red gate because she had to wait on biscuits. So I’m expecting my food to be hot unfortunately not it was cold so I opened up my sandwich I had one onion on each biscuit see pictures. Ate only one top of the biscuit because the eggs were cold and the bread was cold, but I had to get something inside me. I threw the rest away. I see they had attitudes over there so I was not definitely going back. I didn’t get a receipt because I probably would’ve called the company. That will be the last time I ever get anything out to eat next time. I will just bring some crackers with me When my sugar is low.

Asked for fresh no salt fries today and I watched the guy scoop fries out of the already salted fries and put them in the basket and drop them in the grease. This place needs to close down. I won't waste my time there again.

I rarely come to Wendy’s to get a meal. However my partner and I needed to stop for lunch today and the service was very .. rude. I pull up to the drive through and immediately someone asks for my order which is to be expected and I ask for a minute to look at the menu. Then she says is there a way I can help you? I say no I just need a minute to see what my partner would like. Not expecting it another lady came over the speaker rushing me to order. I had only been in the line for 2 minutes and there was no one behind me. After being asked “what else” four times with an attitude by them I rushed and picked a combo. The menu is there to look at to see what a customer would like to eat. Please don’t rush with an attitude and then not even hand me a receipt and be rude at the window. Really unfortunate and someone could be having a complete off day but don’t take it out on your customers…

Not a single time that I’ve been here has my Order been correct I ask for stuff to be left off only to find them still there which absolutely blows my mind because the Wendy’s I went to when I lived in the city never had this problem and they employed crackheads.

Terrible. I was starving after not eating all day. I got a bacon cheeseburger and large fries. Burger was ok, I guess. But the French fries were HORRIBLE!!!! They tasted like cardboard and were hard as a rock! They tasted stale and over cooked. Now I'm just completely disappointed and still hungry. Thanks a lot.
