An update. After being in New Kent for 3 years and going to Don Miguel quite often, I must say that their service and food have decreased substantially. I am an absolute cat lover and when there are cats eating on the table next to me when I'm seated outside that's disgusting. I wish that they could safely trap those cats and take them somewhere else off the property or at least screen in the porch area so the cats can't get on to the porch and eat food while I'm eating my food. Please consider screening in your porch. There is a man that is often there in a blue shirt he's often very nice but the last few times we've been there he's had an attitude problem. He seems so stressed out even on nights when they're not very busy. The food is not what it once was.

We've eaten here before and it was great. This time not so much our waitress was in such a hurry she didn't even get all of our orders. There was only four of us. When our food was served, the plates were literally thrown down in front of us. Guess they were having a bad day.
