This place is in the middle of nowhere and serves diner like food. I have mixed feelings about this place. The dining area is an adult living facility mixed in with tchotchkes from grandma's house. There seemed to a lot of regulars there on a Sunday. Our table had the Sunday special, burger, and omelette. Burger and omelette were okay. My special came with a lot of food but the mashed potatoes tasted off like the milk had gone bad or tbey used evaporated milk. The highlight of our meal was the Mac n cheese and two slices of cake. Would I return? Probably not unless I am in the area and was desperate for something to eat. Hours are limited and the waitress is no nonsense efficient but not the most friendly. Cracking a smile now and then wouldn't hurt.

I went here with my mom once because we wanted breakfast. Once we got sat down, I was immediately thrown off by the sheer amount of people gurgle coughing. Someone was always coughing or clearing their throat. All the dishes were mismatched. My chicken tenders looked like it came out of a kids cuisine microwave dinner. I think my chocolate milk had a lougie in it. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time. I'm not pretentious or a big snob, but this was the worst dining place I've ever been to in all 17 years of my life. I'm sorry, Patsy.

Good food at a fair price. Service was excellent. Had the chicken salad which was homemade. It was good.

Quaint. Good home cooking. Good price. Service was quick. Breakfast food seems to be the specialty. Recommend the Slam or Hash and Eggs. Of note, my Mom cooked eggs with bacon grease. Im pretty sure that's how Patsy's cooked mine. Perfection!

The waitress was wonderful and was clearly working hard. She brought us a waffle we didn't order but we didn't keep it because we didn't want to be charged for it. The food was Cafeteria-breakfast level. I've had better omelets at obscure Army bases. We ordered an omelet, a breakfast, and a sandwich with potato chips. The bill was over 50 dollars with a fat tip. I'm sure the people who work there or run the place are working hard but there's no value for money IMO.

The menu says thick bacon. That's a no. The grits were glumpy and not seasoned well. The waitress said the biscuits were made in house. They might be made in house at Pillsbury or Sysco. They had that distinctive texture, smell and taste of a canned or frozen biscuit. There is no way the biscuits served to me were made from scratch in house. I'm old, I know a homemade biscuit when I eat one. Fake butter to go with fake homemade biscuits.Waitress was friendly but not attentive. Had to go to greeting area to yell back to kitchen for the bill. The cook delivered our food and was very personable.I will not return. First and last time for me. My intelligence and taste buds were insulted.

I was seated and waited 25 minutes before leaving. Am I supposed to cook my own food as well?

Great atmosphere, was seated right away, asked for a high chair when seated waited 15min before asking again… placed our order with the drink order, took another 15min to get our drinks, wasnt crowed but people that came in 20 min after us got their food first, was 45 min before we got our food 2 burgers and a ruben. Ruben came out first with time for me to finish my meal before my wife and daughters food came out. Never asked for refills on drinks…i never tip below 20% but this is the first time in 10years i felt ok tipping 15%, we will not be going back

Walked in at around 12:30 with only three other tables occupied. The waitress informed us that they had no sodas other than Dr Pepper. When it came time to order food, half of our orders had to be changed due to unavailable items. Our food did not come out at the same time. A BLT was brought out and it was not for our table (another table ordered it) and one of our guests said he would take it since his order still had not come out yet. The food was okay, cold in spots and warm in others. The fries should not be an up charge since they tasted like the oil in the fryer had never been changed. The waitress gave the person still waiting for their food a sandwich since another table walked out after ordering. I went to pay and saw there was a sign that said "credit card machine down" which was not on the door when we walked in (no one saw the sign before out of the 5 in our party). When the waitress rang up our meal (77.50 for two burgers, two Reubens, a blt, 3 teas, a Dr Pepper and an orange juice), she made a point to say we were not charged for the "extra sandwich" we received. "Well, I hope not, since we didn't order it" is what I said. I made a comment about the credit card machine being down and she said I could talk to the owner (for what? I'm not sure) and that there was an ATM at the gas station down the street. I made a comment about having to pay too many convenience (which I call inconvenience fees since my bank charges an additional fee when using other bank's ATMs). I paid the bill and went back to our table to drop off a tip. The owner came to the table talking about how I was rude to the waitresses and they felt "threatened". Seriously? I told the owner that I was not rude, but if I had known the credit card machine was down, we would not have stopped there. She proceeded to tell me the sign was there and had been all day, basically calling me a liar. Don't stop here. Save yourself the hassle and go to a restaurant where the staff isn't so frustrated and complaining about the kitchen to do their job. When I put this review on their Facebook page, the owner replied, called me a liar and said none of this happened.
