Tried to go in and order at 8:50 the doors were locked, and the employee just stared at me. The hours on the door and online said 9 PM.

We highly recommend not eating at this particular Subway or you will be CHEATED OUT OF HALF THE MEAT. We went to this Subway 6 years earlier and was shorted by HALF THE MEAT and they did not want to correct it. So I called Corp at that time and was told they would make it right, but that never happened. We stopped going to that Subway until last Saturday and again we were both AGAIN CHEATED OUT OF HALF THE MEAT. I called and could not get thru for several days. I finally got a manager that said they would not refund our money but would make us both subs correctly, with a copy of our receipt and to wait until the next day, so she would be in. When my husband got there, the manager stayed in the back and the owner refused to replace both subs and actually lied about how we got half the meat. He said qe were told they were out of pepperoni and I agreed to take ham instead and it was the correct amount. That conversation never happened and even if it did, we still only got HALF THE MEAT for both subs. This owner was rude and told me we should be happy he even gave us one free sub, but we paid for two subs with HALF THE MEAT. so we actually paid $12 per sub that was tossed saled on bread. If you do go to this location, PLEASE COUNT THE SLICES OF MEAT,

The point of placing a to go order is so you don't have to wait. When I arrived the girl was just talking to a guy hanging out and 5 other people were in line. Needless to say my order was not ready. The other employee asked for help but did not receive it. Ridiculous.

I must say that the main reason I give this Sunday my business is because of the EXCELLENT customer service there. Just today both Sophia and Garrett both made my visit just awesome! Their friendly smiles and awesome service made my day…I was having a rough one today and they made it so much better! They both deserve praise and a raise as I call it!!! I’ll return to see them and enjoy the great service and food! Thank you 😊

Ordered a 6 inch meatball sub to go. Got home to learn there were only 3 meatballs on it, making the bread almost half empty! I paid $8.00 for it. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION. Too bad as I live in the area.

Sophia and Payton were working today when I went in to pick up an online order. Upon walking in, the store was immaculately clean, and both girls had big smile on their faces and greeted me cheerfully. When I walked up to the counter they were working on what looked like 10 other online orders and were very busy but chatted with me while I waited. They were so kind, and were sharing with me how much they loved their manager and how great she is, which these days you really don’t find often in the workforce. Truly a pleasant experience to see two young ladies enjoying their job whilst being incredibly busy. Kudos to you two, and to the manager for making this a great place for them to work. 10/10!

2nd time I've made a pick up order that something has been missing... last time I was missing the cheese.. this time I was missing my chicken out of my sweet onion chicken teriyaki protein bowl... not one single piece of chicken... and the lid wasn't on the bowl just placed on top of it so it was all out of the bowl in the bag.

I just went in for 2 orders of the nachos and was refused service because they young ladies working there couldn't locate the proper container. I said I didn't care if the put them in any available container and they said they could not do that I would have to get something else. I said really are you refusing service they said yes. I would think a sale would be more important then a container but I guess I stand corrected. I left with nothing

Order online they took my money no food. So my lady went ahead and order anyway got her order wrong tasted bad made her sick. No one has reach out to me for an explanation of how this happened..

The old lady that works there is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. I do not know who the owner is but running customers off in this small country town is not something I would do if I wanted to stay in business!
