Just walked out. Service was terrible.Had to ask for melted butter- not once but twice. Neither time was hot.Asked for Steak medium- well done.French Onion soup consisted of a slice of bread with an unmelted slice of cheese in a broth of some sort.I wish the beautiful space reflected the quality of food or service.Unsure of the disconnect.

Passing thru and found a great steak restaurant and a room at the same location. Our appetizer, drinks and steak with sides was wonderful. The best part was not having to drive back to our room. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the service has just went so down hill over the last year. I don’t blame the servers, they are trying. But they have the room staffed with one server and one bartender. I literally sat for close to half an hour waiting on bread after we ordered. Didn’t follow up and check on us, no refills offered. There just ain’t enough support staff to support the dining room. Such a disappointment compared to what it use to be.

I was in Pulaski to see a game a Calfee park that unfortunately was canceled due to a water main break. My girlfriend suggested that we go to Al’s on first. I’ve been wanting to try it for quite some time so off we went. I read online that the burgers were great so I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. I specifically asked that it was cooked medium and no butter on the bun. It was well done with butter on the bun and it was not flavorful at all. I was not impressed.

I stayed at the Jackson Park Inn and decided to have Dinner at the joining Restaurant Al's on first. The food was exceptional, and I am not just talking about what I ordered. I noticed the food going to other patrons as well and let me tell you there is no way you are leaving hungry. Service and value are 5-star. Great place with great service. Even though I did not experience any dogs at the restaurant I am glad they offer this to their guest with furry friends.

I called on May 13, 2023 to ask if they would be open for dimmer on Mother’s Day, May 14, and was told that they would be. My two sons, my daughter-in-law, my wife and I showed up expecting to have a nice, relaxing dinner only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed due to staffing issues. Disappointing to say the least. Also, they do not maintain a website which would enable them to update their schedule.

Love the decor and usually the food, hadn’t been in months and decided to go on a Friday evening the waitress was super but the food just wasn’t that good. My husband liked the stuffed green peppers but I got the spinach dip that was pretty much tasteless less I also had a side salad that was fresh . We’ll give it another try because it’s a local restaurant

OMG! Great place to go before a concert! They have a great selection of food! Wonderful and nice staff! Our waitress was Karen and she was outstanding!!! When the weather is warm, they have a beautiful patio/deck area!Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices! Mac n cheese, grilled cheese, etc. Mini pizza appetizer was wonderful!!!
Beautiful restaurant with good food, but prices are high for the area. We visited late Sunday with a party of 6 without reservations. The staff accommodated us in about 10 minutes. They only had one server on duty and she did an admirable job waiting on our party and the other 10 or so patrons. We did not experience any delays in our meal service. Our food was prepared quickly and was hot and very good. I had a well done burger which was very tasty and properly cooked. The bacon on the burger was well done and the overall flavors were very good. My side of green beans were prepared with ham that really added to the flavor. Our server even warned me that there was ham in the beans so I would know in case that was an issue with me. My wife had the vegetarian platter which was a combination of 3 side vegetables. She had more than she could eat and liked the choices. The only downside of the visit was the price. Overall the prices are high for the local area, but this is a very nice place to eat with good food.

Loved the atmosphere in this quaint renovated warehouse. We enjoyed the food - prime rib sandwich and salmon. Best of all was the wonderful service!

They have a Beyond burger Patty but I was told the buns "probably aren't" vegan. No one went to check for me or even seemed like they cared. Aside from this, you cannot order any vegetables. The steamed vegetables are made with butter, the broccoli is premade with cheese, the green beans are made with ham.
