Order chicken tenders with cheese fries. This is what I got had to wait 15 minutes for the food. Then when we receive the food, the chicken nuggets were all dried out and the oil was old. The french fries tasted nasty. We had to throw all the food away. Very dissatisfied.

I called an order in and the lady that answered the phone lied and said she didn't have all my information and did and cancelled my order. I get food there twice a month always could score it a 5 .. let down on that call I don't lie I would give it a 1for that .

I was in Pulaski and happened upon Big Belly and I love Calzones so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, it was the best Calzone I have ever eaten. The portion size was big enough for 2 people and it was loaded with toppings. My favorite part was the ricotta cheese. I tasted it in every bite. My waiter was a young man who was very nice and polite. I enjoyed the the atmosphere, it was inviting and relaxed. I will definitely be stopping here again. Prices were reasonable.

We went for lunch on a Monday and could not have been more pleased. The hostess was very friendly and we were seated immediately. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. It was also a lot of food! We will be back! This is a little off the beaten path and definitely a hidden gem in Pulaski.

I went in to order some takeout and I can't give a review on the food because I was discouraged by the hostess that the wait time was 45 minutes and she was having a conversation with someone and couldn't take my order so I left. I love supporting local businesses, but I don't think I will attempt this one again

Tried Big Belly in Pulaski, VA for the first time, dining in or otherwise. I don't like leaving bad or negative reviews... everyone has off days, even restaurants.Good things first: There's a very pretty mural on one wall. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad and it was good. Very open parking area. They give big portions, pretty good quantity for the price. The service was okay, the waitress was young and probably still learning, she was very nice though. Inside wasn't very busy at 4-ish on a Saturday, there was only one table occupied when we walked in.Cons: my boyfriend ordered the Chicken Marsala... I had more chicken on my salad than he had on his whole plate, it was mostly fettuccine (when I googled Chicken Marsala it showed chicken cutlets, not pieces, with fettuccine on the side.. but idk much about that dish). They had a TV in 3 corners of the dining area, each showing different stuff, (a food show, NFL network, & CNN) but the only one with the sound turned up was the one with CNN on.. makes more sense to me to have the one showing a food show with the sound up.. but that's just my personal opinion.Overall, it was okay.. I would recommend getting to go orders, they had many people come in to get take out while I was there.

Thr food was tasty and our waitress was so nice. The food took almost 2 hours to come out. Seems like they need more help here. When it did come out, they brought out a few dishes at a time and so everyone had their meals at different times.

It took 2 1/2 hours to get food delivered on a Tuesday. This was the second time this happened. When I called I was told the delivery person just left the store with our order, 25 minutes later (its only 5 min from my house) we get the food and it's cold. We will never use this resource again. I felt like my order didn't matter. That is not good customer service.

Delicious comfort food that we discovered while waiting out an event at NRCC. Friendly service, though the food wasn't super quick. Fries were fantastic, fried mushrooms and gyro were solid. Pick the stromboli over the calzone, though both are delicious and enough to bring leftovers home.Vegetarian options: Not really vegetarian friendly though there are a few vegetarian (not vegan) entrees like eggplant parmesan sub.
