I absolutely love this place. The employees are wonderful, the place is clean, food is amazing. Prices are a little high but overall I'd recommend everyone to go there.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is handicap parking and easy access for anyone in wheelchair

Compadres Mexican Restaurant in Pulaski is a small restaurant that was busy on a Sunday afternoon. The inside is clean but a bit dark. The decor isn’t gaudy and is pleasant.I was seated quickly and service had warm chips and salsa on the table fast. The salsa and chips were nothing special but were tasty and the salsa was somewhat plain.The carnitas tacos came and at first it looked promising. But as I dug into them I was less than pleased. It seems that most Mexican restaurants aim to add a sauce to the tacos to make up for a lack of flavor. The meat had little to no flavor, was poorly seasoned, and greasy. The meat was also in too big chunks and had not been crisped up. It needed to be shredded down more. There was a bowl of sauce and a bowl of cilantro and onions served with the tacos on the side. The sauce seemed like a pepper salsa. I like heat in my Mexican food but even for me this was a bit much. While these were not the worst tacos I’ve had they were not the best.After I my food was served I never saw my waitress again. I ended up flagging down another waiter to bring my bill. Then it took a while for him to come back with my change. I actually thought he had misunderstood me and was keeping the change

Wonderful food, very clean restaurant. I have the service 4 stars because it started off great but once our meal was served, we didn't see our server again. A different server brought us our check 5-10 minutes after we were done eating.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place! The restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms too. The service is awesome and quick, and the food is on par with the best places I've been in south Texas. Thanks for a great experience and keep up the good work!
