We usually eat breakfast at home on school mornings, but we decided to test the kids today. The morning crew (Carrie Bennett) was so friendly and it put a smile on my face first thing in the morning. The cinnamon roll and biscuit were baked to perfection and I have happy kiddos this morning. Thank you for taking the time to be kind!

Something has definitely changed there recently. Breakfast was a 10 about a month ago, now its a flop. Need to go back to biscuit school and loose the attitude on the service end.

Best Hardee’s we’ve ever been to, no joke!! Order was hot & ready without a long wait or unnecessary “pull up to the white line …. Bravo!!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru, and waited 10 minutes to be given the wrong food, and the half that was right didn’t have biscuits with the gravy. I went inside to get it fixed, and relayed to the manager I had been waiting 15 minutes, and the employee snapped around at me saying I know it has been 15 minutes. I finally got handed my food, but my fries were cold. Overall worst experience I’ve had at this Hardee’s. Would love to be able to complain to corporate, but wasn’t given a receipt.

Terrible place if they don't want to work with the public why work at a fast food restaurant. It kills me the way some of these managers act toward customers. Just Terrible!!! No I do not recommend eating here.

Choking down the $20 in burgers we just got. Bread and burger was soooo dry that even my dog won't touch it and she loves burgers.
Can barely see condiments and pickles and onions we asked none are loaded with both. You all suck

Standing at counter. Young man looking at me. Never says. I be right with you or acknowledge me. After about 5 or 6 minutes passed. When I ask politely can you take my order. He gets rude. Shouts!!!! I can’t! I would if I could!!! I was not rude. I had no idea he couldn’t. Or why not. No need to be rude to a senior citizen. My response: “ ok you need to acknowledge your customer. So one knows.” Normal tone. No rudeness on my part. I step back to wait. No problem. Now I’m aware. As I’m waiting chatting with another customer. A young lady comes to front. Accuses me of being rude to employee. The gentleman behind me assured her was not!!!! She then explains rudely. We don’t take orders inside. There only 4 on staff. Having worked in food service for 30 plus years. In service & management. . I also understand working with a skeleton crew. I do not ever expect rudeness.
Needless to say the gentleman waiting. Left angry. Without a purchase. So 2 customers lost. Over the lack of manners.
1. If you are not taking anything but drive thru orders. (Although, there was an inside customer before me. Ordered & received food.) put a sign on door. Or lock door.
2. The staff & apparently management at location. Needs a class in customer service.
3. To be a bit petty. Myself. A “hickey” on the neck is never a good look. For the service industry.
I.went to next fast food restaurant. They too were under staffed. Happily smiled & said, I’ll be right with you. It took a few minutes. Before she got back to me. No problem.
She had common customer courtesy.
