Either they are severely understaffed, or the quality of their employees leaves much to be desired. Don't try to get breakfast there if you don't have at least half an hour to wait. Placed online order today, order to be ready at 10:38. Didn't get through the line to get it until after 11:15.

We walked in around 8:30pm on 7/27. There was an employee sitting at one of the tables when we walked in. We’re traveling so we used the restrooms first.
My husband got out before my daughter and I, and the woman who was sitting at one of the tables asked my husband if we were ordering in. He said yes.
We came out, placed our order. There were no customers, we were served old fries that had been sitting, no heat lamp was on. We had a kids cheeseburger, bread was hard in some spots, 2 pieces of cheese that just set on the burger because it wasn’t hot enough to melt.
Just overall disappointing. I highly recommend to just go to McDonald’s across the street.

Got a pork chop biscuit and a chicken biscuit. Pork Chop was great. But the chicken in the chicken biscuit was perhaps the nastiest thing a fast food place has served me (That was still probably edible). It had only been a couple hours since they opened, but the chicken had the texture of having sat under a heater for an entire day. The smell alone should have seen it disqualified from being served to a customer.

Ordered a smoked sausage biscuit that is supposed to come with egg and cheese only had the smoked sausage. Ordered a frisco breakfast sandwich with sausage and got bacon. Forgot the 3 honey mustard wraps completely and with the lobby being closed and having to wait over 10 minutes for them to remake it on top of waiting in the drive thru already for 30 minutes with 2 cars in line. Please shut this store down….
Food is high $ I think for stale food. I've went at breakfast and dinner both and it seems whatever I order is stale. And it cost me over $4 for a small lemonade today.....when half of it is ice also....crazy. 🤪

When I got something to eat there. They had my order wrong but when I took it in there to get it straightened out. The manager was very rude and tried telling me that they put everything in the bag and she wasn't giving me more food and then instead of fixing my order right she said she wasn't giving my biscuit and then turned her back on me. Needless to say I'll never go back there. I couldn't believe it she pretty much was calling me a lier and she wasn't giving me anything. I don't know why they have people like her working for them and why would I even come all the way back in there in the first place if my order was right. They have already messed up about three orders I've gotten there before. It's just this time I was tired of getting stuff and not getting it. But thanks for the woman manager I still didn't get what I ordered. I will never go back to there again.😡🤬🤬
