Cold stale food. Chicken had obviously been sitting for quite a while because the breading was tough and chewy. Even the mashed potatoes were cold. I don't know why I keep trying to give them a chance and hoping it'll get better. But the original chicken 2 pc box has been pretty crappy constantly. I don't recommend unless you are just starving

A lil bummed with tonight's order. Placed a mobile order and my husband picked it up, we noticed all of the sauce and plates were both missing. Once we started eating we realized we were missing our biscuits as well. I wasn't too worried about it considering the sauce wasnt an add on, but the biscuits😭

The lady was nice but the communication is lacking if you pull someone in drive-thru please just tell them why it would stop customers from being mad the food was great but I used to manage one of these its so much easier to just talk to ur customer! Thank for making the right food and the lady that took my order and helped me is super nice!

I didn’t even get to order for fear my food would be spat in. I waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes and, with no other cars behind me, I was told drive thru was close. I responded “what do u mean, I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes.” At that point a hateful voice came over the intercom and said “you literally just pulled up,” where I responded, “yes because I’ve been waiting in line.” She still refused to take my order so asked for corporates number and was told she didn’t have it. I demanded corporates number again when she replied “God-d… it, just come inside .” I am a very advocate Christian and refuse to tolerate the kinda of atmosphere that is at this store. Samantha is the name of the girl who cussed and slandered God’s name right to me and I have notified kfc/Taco Bell customer service over this. Nobody deserves to have to hear words like what came out of her mouth when just trying to order lunch. I hope she finds the lord and salvation but until then or until she is gone from this restaurant me and mine will no longer be eating at this establishment.

Ordered ahead, still had to wait about 20 minutes. Told us the drive thru window is closed. Forced all customers to walk inside. Got the order wrong and food was stale. Awful.

Terrible place to eat ......it took at least 30 mins to get our food after ordering and its not clean , out of cup lids and water was not working in sink in womens bathroom ( it was broken months ago when we stopped here .

I ordered the 8 piece Chicken for $10 got home there was only 7. This makes the second time this has happened. Can I once get all my food correct. And also whoever is your cook make sure you put the seasoning in it.it tasted like flour no pepper no salt no nothing food going to the trash.

My grandad he's 94 and must love to go here and order and four times in a row they gave us wrong order, need to get someone to help the person taking the orders, 4 times in a row means it's happening Lil much. For me to take the time to say anything means it's pretty bad.

I was waited on by the store mgr. He made made half of my order and when I asked him about the rest of my order, he told me I didn't order it. He was very rude, never said thank you and tried to argue with me. I told him I know he's under pressure and in a hurry but he should be nicer to his customers. He gave me a cold, icy glare and slammed the window shut!
