A bunch of potheads are running that store! I ordered a hot n ready, and they handed me a beeper. We waited for 30 minutes and I went in to check on it. THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE OVEN. They said that if we were willing to wait another 20 minutes they will have it ready to which I just asked for my money back. The dude was high and so were two other guys, two of which were underaged. Don't waist your time with Pulaski go to the one in Fairlawn instead.

Pre-ordered 2 hours in advance and they didn't even start making it until 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Unapologetic, attitude. Horrible service. Pizzas were thrown together sloppily with barely any sauce. Never again with this store!

Not sure how you mess up an order of two items but they sure did, can't tell the difference between stuffed crazy bread and normal if I wanted normal bread I'd open my dang breadbox

Placed a pick up order at 6:30 pm arrived at 7:00 to pick up said order and walked out empty handed 7:20 they didn’t talk to me or give an explanation as to why my call in was not

Day staff is fast and great evening night staff all seem high can't remember what you tell them dope heads make you wait 45 minutes to a hour for a hot and ready pizza and prioritize only crap over customers here waiting it's outrageous never eat here in the evening

I waited almost an hour for a hot n ready pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread. I went in the first time and was ignored so I waited 20 more minutes and watched ab 20 cars go through the drive through and they had the same order. They told me 15 mins but it was 50. They need a new saying it’s never ready, Dominos would have already delivered it, don’t recommend this place
New location, very pretty curb appeal. Service was slow, took almost 30 mins to get a Hot -n- Ready and an order of breadsticks. Friendly staff, gave an extra item bc the wait time was so long.

I Ordered a deep dish pan pizza at 544pm and was told it would be ready for pick up in 15 min. When I arrived at 615 pm the guy told me it hasn't been made yet not to mention the was another person ahead of me waiting also. I ended up waiting until about 7pm and come to find out my pizza was misplaced and put into a different oven. There were about 5 other customers with the same issue and wait time. I know I watched about 20 hot n ready pizza get made while I was waiting. When they have call in orders they need to tell customers the accurate wait time on when the order will be ready instead of customers waiting for over an hour and upset. Get it together! This place is unorganized and the communication is horrible!
