You would think that if you pay 4.95 or 4 and some change anyways that when they ask you if you want ketchup and you say yes they would give you more then 2 packs!! Comeon guys its a large fry!! Everything elsa was great!!

Food was hot, fresh, and my order correct. I was charged for Grinch socks even tho they ran out as the silly corporate suits who control the app did not remove the option. The manager/shift lead handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. He gave me my refund back in cash. Very grateful. 10/10.

Have ordered here a few times using my app. I order before I leave but every time we go we wait over 30 minutes for our food. The first time I just shrugged it off because I figured they were busy or understaffed. But 2 more times it has happened. There is no reason to wait that long at a fast food restaurant . Every time I end up having to go inside but still end up waiting at least another 5 to 10 minutes. Then when we finally get our food, everything is cold and old. From now I will just drive to Dublin if my kids want chicken nuggets!
