Ask for your receipt because your going to need it when they dont give you everything you ordered & paid for. I would advise you to check your bag before you pull off because the lobby will be locked so you will have to go through drive thru again while the food you did receive gets cold. Im tired of giving it another chance. The food tonight was some of the worst I've ever gotten from any fast food place.

Laughably bad. Just so slow at all times, never staffed. Food comes out wrong when you literally order through the app.. so there should be no errors lost in translation. This one used to be good, now it's worth the 10min drive to dublin.

Okay this is the worst place for homeless people to try to go eat bc at night, while they are open, they lock the doors to the dining room and so drive-thru is the only thing available at the time.. So we walk up to the window and they say they can't serve us bc we WALKED up to it. After they have been doing it. The manager was there and she even said they can't do walk ups. This is such a discriminating act and I will not go back to Wendy's with that manager working. That made us go back hungry and nothing to eat. People make me sick! I will be calling the higher ups in the morning so they can deal with this themselves! Btw every time she works, the food is cold and not made that well. The workers work their ass off, too.

Every time I order through the mobile app, half of what I order isn't available once I get to the window. The employee hands me the bag & expects me to just drive off with less than what I've paid for. No offer for a substitution or anything. This has happened twice now. I won't let there be a third time. Very poor customer service.

Filthy. Absolutely filthy. The guy who took my order bused the dining room by gathering trays, but left the food debris. We found one cleanish table.

The fries were warm, not hot.

I don't blame the help. I put the blame directly on the Regional Manager. For shame!

Note: Lots of junkies around, so be careful. One was looking into my car.

This place is always empty and it's because the workers don't want to work! No customers inside 5 cars piled behind me at the drive thru, man in front of me gave up and drove away after no one took his order. I did the same after 10+ minutes of waiting to order. 2 girls at the window laughing and talking while no one can take an order. Don't waste your time
