It's Chic fil a. Always the same consistency every where I go. The downside to this specific location is that it's in an extremely busy area. Most times of the day, you're in the line for a minimum of 30-35 minutes. Don't go on a lunch break it it's short.

Overall it'll be your standard experience at a Chic. Decent food, polite people, and standard chic customer service.

This has to be the slowest most unorganized Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! Every other I'll check for life. I've been to is so fast that they bring your stuff to you in line, and then you can leave the line. These people aren't even out here. Taking orders, they're, so slow.I mean, this is crazy.I've been in line for over twenty minutes

CFA Purcellville continues to get a simple app order wrong. Grilled chicken club with GF bun. Received a rubbery wet chicken breast with tomato and lettuce. No cheese, no bacon. I ordered this same sandwich previously and it was wrong then. The food quality for the price is just terrible. I get that most people love CFA as the place is overrun. FWIW, I’m done with it.

Came here with my parents and used the drive-thru, service was great. Except someone needs to educate the gentleman running the cash register on how rounding up to the nearest whole cent works. He basically rounded up to the next dollar not the next whole cent, when it would have been 3 more pennies. Then he didn't even give back the correct change. The total was $35.52. We gave him $40.52. He gave us back $4 and proceeded to explain the rounding up part, but incorrectly and we just smiled and waved and pulled up. Thinking is this what they teach in schools today?!

This is my first time here. Everything went well except they forgot to bring a milkshake to the table. Otherwise the food was spot on.

I would at least check every time you pick up your order. Unfortunately, they do mess it up 3 times out of 5. They also never ever feel sorry and offer any kind of apologize. So if you are okay to travel 20 minutes back and forth, trying to collect all of your food-go for it. Today they decided to give me avocado ranch dressing with kids mean, when I ordered a salad... oh well

My fries were burnt. But the food was okay. They need to figure something out with their parking lot. It was a complete nightmare and mess just trying to park to get my curbside order.

Drive thru equipment has been broken for almost 2 years. Operator doesn’t seem to care to fix anything. The exterior building sign doesn’t light up anymore and hasn’t for years. Always painfully slow service. Overall, get a very lazy vibe from here. Nothing like other Chick-fil-A’s and just overall seems like a lack of pride in the store and Chick-fil-A brand.

So went in after doing work to get food for me and step dad. Ordered then went to sit, I followed two other ladies and sat right by them. The cashiers brought food to several people and walked past me several times, I was wearing a bright colored shirt not hard to miss. They did not call my name or bring my food they just sat it on the shelf and left it there so after half an hour of sitting and waiting I went up where she just points over at the food. At this point several people came in after me and got their food it was walked to them every time. So I am extremely irritated because 0 effort was made to find me and it was just sat there for god knows how long. First time and last time coming here.

This place has really gone downhill and honestly can't even be called fast food anymore

Always 5 stars but today everything was cold. Spent close to $40 Won’t be back for a while. Asked for a meal in a separate bag… that didn’t happen either.

Been here a bunch, it's a run of the mill Chick-fil-A, sometimes they're mean, usually they're nice.
