This place has really gone downhill and honestly can't even be called fast food anymore

Always 5 stars but today everything was cold. Spent close to $40 Won’t be back for a while. Asked for a meal in a separate bag… that didn’t happen either.

Been here a bunch, it's a run of the mill Chick-fil-A, sometimes they're mean, usually they're nice.

I love you chick fil A, but orders get screwed up at this location way too often.. service is of course friendly, but if my order is wrong, then what’s the point?

New bacon bbq grilled Sammy is 🔥! Love chick fila for prioritizing god and being closed on Sunday (not that the day matters, sabbath is for humans to rest I think 🤔 ) you’d think it would cost them money but instead they are most profitable and their staff are the kindest!

Omg! What has happened here? Food was awful tonight. It tasted really bad. The service was not good either. Wait time really long.

I cant imagine this place is gone down this much. So sad!

On February 25, 2025, I went to Chick-fil-A for a late dinner. I had the pleasure of meeting Team Lead Ashley.

Ashley’s customer service is why customers continually return. Her outstanding personality and friendly demeanor made my experience at the Chick-fil-A in Purcellville Virginia that more pleasant.

Thank you for the great service and a delicious food.

I also want to mentioned the entire staff at the Purcellville location are the best by far.

They are courteous, attentive and most of all hard working to give the customers the best quality service.

Chick-fil-A sets the standard high and it shows.

I was having a bad day, and went to get chick fil a. I walked in to the establishment and Harrison L was the most amazing employee I’ve ever experienced. His service was exceptional and it made my week! Needs a raise!!!

Harrison was such a good boy give him a raise🤩

Of course the food is good but definitely avoid coming here after 5pm on weekdays because the service in the drive thru can be super slow. I’m not sure if it’s a management problem or what. I say that because I’ve been to quicker Chick-fil-a’s in other areas.

Don't order curbside this is the worst experience I've ever had. I watched the drive-thru go faster than getting my curbside order which consisted of one meal and a drink. I watched three other vehicles that pulled into curbside after me get their order and leave before getting mine. I set up a specific pickup time and it took almost 20 minutes. On top of it I had to go back into the restaurant because they didn't double check the order and forgot the drink I had ordered with it. I love Chick-fil-A but don't order curbside here

It’s always crowded!

At 3:40 on a wk day i expected the drive thru woukd be quicker like the others. It was very slow. Going on 15 min and not as friendly as most
