Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the best Chipotle in Loudoun as we have been to all multiple times!!! Best quality of food best service best teamwork observed from the staff!

Don’t waste your money on this place, unsanitary, chicken is chewy burnt and over cooked, not fresh, I saw an employee drop a piece of steak on the counter and tossed it back into the steak container, if you are going to go to a chipotle don’t go to this one, every time I give it a chance it just sucks in every way possible

How do you forget to fulfill the to go order for a place that an ingredient is supposed to go?! The spot is empty! The incompetence is insane.

Problem with my pick up order, which happens. But, maddening is that they have the phone set up so you can’t talk to the store no matter what. Will be disputing the whole order with my credit card.

Is it just me or is the guac really salty? I do love Chipotle but this last time I got super sick. I had the vegetarian bowl, which is what I usually get. I do not eat there frequently, and now I remember why.

UPDATE: Clicked the link as asked, complete waste of time, took ages to get a person, and all they did was ask me to explain again and say that should not have happened we will mention it to someone. which i have already done....
Most disappointing chipotle burrito maybe ever, slabs of dense unrips avocado, gristly off tasting beef, and cold, - it has been a minute since I've been to chipotle but isn't a burrito supposed ot be warm?
I've had takeout from here and its always been a little less than chipotle norm but good,
never had guac i cannot cut with a fork -

Crappy service and crappy food. The bowl I got was all sauce with very little meat, rice, or beans. Also, the sour cream was rancid. My dog wouldn’t eat this crap

This place has taken a full 180 in the last few months. Always well staffed, super clean and incredibly efficient. Was not the case in the last few years. Hope they can keep it up!

Portions are way off. Like less than half of the bowl was filled. This was on an order with double protein, extra rice, and extra cheese. I realize that the order doesn’t include all the other terms (like lettuce, veggies, etc.), but this is ridiculous for an entree that costs nearly $20. Wasn’t a problem in the past, now the last two times I’ve gone this has happened.

We love Chipotle. Unfortunately, the last two times we have been to this locations, the manager was rude to the other employees and guests, the chicken was cold, and the portions were smaller than usual. We were disappointed.

This is a good chipotle, well run and clean. Nice staff.
