Sandwich was Luke warm immediately upon delivery to the table. Fries had no salt and seemed to be cooked in old grease. Carbination off on soda. Women's bathroom specifically toilet was dirty, floor sticky. Average at best overall experience. They need to care more about their whole process. Has potential!

Our food was great and the bartender knew what she was doing regarding the drinks. Service however, was nearly non-existent, unfortunately. We had to find the server to get him to take our drink order after waiting 10 minutes and we were the only customers there at the time. He did not refill waters, I had to ask twice. He did not remove empty glasses or used items. We were playing trivia so we needed the space on the table. We finally bussed the table ourselves so we would have...

It's an overall pleasant experience everytime I go. However, cleanliness needs to move to priority 1. We were in yesterday and recieved dirty plates for our apps, TWICE. And this is not the first time. Also, the servers/bartenders carry your glasses to the table from the lip of the glass instead of the bottom. It's just gross. Your hands/fingers are where my lips are going (cant use a straw with draft lol). The staff is always pleasant and accommodating and try to help...
