Shop is clean and well appointed, staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And oh the teas - great variety and quality, loose or tea bags. I was visiting in the area, am looking forward to a return visit, but will be ordering from the website in the meantime.
Dominion Tea has great tea, amazing employees, and a usually quiet atmosphere. I love going there to try new teas and knit. I recommend getting a flight. The employees always seem to know exactly what teas you will love even if you don’t.
Had a friend in town from out-of-state. She loves tea, so I thought this would be a great place to take her. We had a lovely time enjoying our tea flights. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained each tea in detail (the apple pie tea was my favorite). After our flights, we each bought samples to take home. The only suggestion I have would be to add relaxing music, or maybe a water fountain. It was SO quiet that it felt awkward to speak at a normal volume. But even so,...
