Ordered my food at 8:06PM. About 20 minutes later it says delivered. Nothing was delivered. I call the restaurant, and the gentleman on the phone says the driver did it by mistake and would be there in about 3 minutes. After waiting outside for about an extra 20, I get a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the restaurant again, and they told me,” no it was delivered.” Finally got my money back, and no food. -rep lazy driver.

This dominos has gotten our order wrong 3 times in a row. Most recently we called our order in, they said it would be 15 minutes. We come to pick up 1/2 an hour later- they haven’t started it yet. Not worth the hassle.

Go to Manhattan Pizza instead!! Absolutely horrible experience on 8/16/24. Received notification the order was ready and went into the store to chaos. Was not greeted of looked at for 10 minutes and then they looked for the order but could not locate it. As others pilled up behind me the same thing happed and 30 minutes later I asked for a refund and left. Placed an online order with Manhattan Pizza down the street and was fretted with smiles and the order ready consume!! Two different experiences all together but I know where we will go from now on!!!

I ordered 2 large pizzas from Domino's on person. I give them a tip, wait in my car 15 mi s come in to get it. They give me 2 medium pizzas yet charged me for the large ..The managers says oh it was the driver that took the order..sorry that's your problem.not mine.doesnt want to change it and sends me on. I done with Purcellville Domino's. They get a 0 star. There are plenty of places to choose. Ichoose better attitudes.
