Long wait. Lazy service. All I wanted was drip coffee and when I finally got up to the counter it was empty. I’ve been here for 20 minutes so far and still no coffee. No one cares.

Follow up per the update from the owner below: I finally asked for a refund after waiting for 30 minutes for a drip coffee. 10-15 minutes of which was after I had informed the cashier that the drip pot was empty and I was told that they didn’t have any more but that they would make me an americano instead. My coffees were never even started, it was clear I had been forgotten, and I finally asked for a refund. This caused a scramble to locate a person with the expertise to handle the transaction and even then they couldn’t produce a receipt showing that the transaction had been reversed. At no point did anyone take ownership of the issue, act genuinely concerned, or make efforts to make it right. Lack of experience is understandable, but there’s no excuse for bad service, ambivalent attitudes, making the customer own the problem, etc. I hope this honest feedback helps your business improve.

Love this place! Kind staff and great coffee. They are always super busy making it hard to find seating a lot but that’s good for them! Despite them being busy I’ve never had any issues with my orders :) love doppio! Coffee, lattes, iced, hot, they are all great

Cool little joint. Easy in/out with plenty of parking and seating both in/outside. Set up nicely inside with some “side items” to shop (I bought a lapel pin that made me laugh). The iced latte was very good as was the gingerbread cookie (large and tasty). The breakfast sandwich was “ok”…Will try something different next visit. I really like this local shop and will definitely return. Recommend!
