The soft server ice cream is great here! The service is nice, it was our 1st time here and the person who was serving us was very friendly. He explained all the different options they offered and made suggestions. The space is very limited on the inside, so it's not much seating going around. We still highly recommend this place to anyone who is hankering for a great soft serve ice cream!

Amazing ice cream, I got the Black Raspberry/Vanilla Twist with hundreds and thousands and caramel sauce. I didn’t realise just how much I’d get and was really happy with the value.
The taste was so, so good and I can’t wait to visit again.

Just as others have shared, the toppings are pretty disappointing. I was driving through the area and wanted a sweet treat, so I stopped in here, first time, and was welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was great until I got my vanilla ice cream with peanut butter sauce - there was just the tiniest drizzle of peanut butter sauce on the ice cream and within 3–4 bites it was completely gone, leaving me with just a large amount of plain ice cream. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, but I was expecting a lot more when it came to the topping I ordered. If you get the same thing from Swirlies they will drizzle it all over plus put extra around the cup. When comparing with pictures in the store, they show way more toppings on the advertised ice cream than what I received.

We had Gruto’s Soft Serve catered at our wedding via their new food truck! It was by far the best experience I have had with them. The owner was very responsive to questions and accommodating to various flavor and topping requests. They were open at our venue for just over one hour. Guests were able to come and go as they pleased. The two workers were amazing - Courtney and Sydney! They were very bubbly and kind to all of our guests. We LOVED having the new truck at our event and hope to see them at future events in the area! We highly recommend using Gruto’s Soft Serve’s Ice Cream Truck at your next event!
