I had a fantastic experience here. The customer service was polite and patient, as well as efficient. My sandwich was amazing and I can tell it was made with love and care. I will 100% be returning for lunch again.

Stopped last weekend to pick up an order for the Rescue Squad. The order was ready when I arrived. The sandwiches were tasty and enjoyed by all.

Pretty good. Better than Subway, but the young man flinging my sandwich together and forgetting the bacon till I reminded him could use a Red Bull.

Food quality here has gone severely down hill in recent months. More times than not the sandwich is made incorrectly and with half the ingredients called for. Portion sizes are also not in line with other Jersey Mikes locations.

Today I picked up a #7 that had 1 slice of turkey some lettuce and 2 pickles on it…..It was supposed to be made Mikes Way…. Sadly this appears to be the quality you can expect now from this location.

I was looking forward to coming here tonight, as it’s been a long time since coming here, however tonight was very disappointed. I went at approximately 7pm. 2 customers in store, 1 eating and 1 waiting on his food. I order 2 subs. I ask for Giant big kahuna size steak sub, add tomatoes and add light pepper relish. I get home to find they did not add these 2 items but gave me lettuce instead. Very disappointed in a sub that cost close to $20 and they get it wrong. And to top it off, when you pay they have the tip feature on the machine, so I tip almost $4 for sub to be made wrong. $40 meal for 2 subs, 2 chips, and a tip, will not do that again. It was not busy, just someone not paying attention. And they do hot subs away from you, so you can’t watch to make sure they do it correct. You can’t do better!

The store in Purcellville is filthy. The tables have food all over them and on the floor. The countertop where you check out has crumbs all over it and the area where they make sandwiches is gross. Don’t even go in the bathroom - nasty

Very disappointed they no longer do military discount. Had one of my usuals. Cheesesteak. For some reason it didn’t hit right. The meat was dry and it seems they put less steak in it. No steak on the bread the last few bites. It seems this jersey mikes is going the route of chipotle and Panera and cutting corners and cutting servings. Subpar and disappointing. I hope this is not the case with other locations.

The staff was absolutely amazing, they were fast paced and efficient. They also all worked insanely well together. The sub overall was a 10/10!! I WILL be back again.
