This McDonalds is the most well run one I’ve over been in. Kudos to the manger for her efficient way of running the place smoothly. The blueberry pie is amazing.

I come here for work often and every time I come I have to be pulled up. the last time I was here I was pulled up and after waiting for 10 minutes I had to walk in and grab my food that was just sitting on the counter. Today I asked how long it would take and the rude lady at the window told me she didn’t know and to just pull up.

The app and Google store hours claim that the drive-through is open until 4 am but if you go there after 2 am most of the time they will simply refuse to serve you. The past 3 times I have went there they claim that the system is down even though I always place a mobile order ahead of time (paid for through the app) and it always goes through. If McDonald's Corporate sent a secret shopper out here at night, they would have a field day. Don't waste your time here, just go to one of the Leesburg locations where the staff is actually locked in.

They won't take your order in person here. They make you use an electronic ordering system that is very laggy and clunky. Or possibly they discriminate against people based on their race. My wife is Latina coming they wouldn't help her make her order. While we ate our dinner, they were on their cell phones. It's not like they were too busy to help.

Waited 10 minutes after getting the main bulk to get a fudge sundae, waited 20 more minutes to get one of the frappes, and never got the other frappe, customers were rude and staff did nothing about it
Terrible service, everytime Im here they always forget something. It's a complete waste of money to order something, pay for it, and NOT get it. Not only that but they do a major disservice hiring stoner highschoolers who need you to repeat yourself 10 times only to get it wrong. They repeat the orders back perfectly so why can't they make it perfectly? Even in downtime the service is god-awful. And my fries were stale, I pray this place gets shut down, its leaching away perfectly good land.

I politely told one of the workers that the drive through screens weren't working, but she ignored me and asked me what to order. I hesitated for a couple seconds because I wasn't sure if she heard me. She then told me she wouldn't serve me. My friend ordered instead so we eventually got the food, but when I again (politely) tried to clarify at the window what I was saying, she gave me a glare and said she knew but refused service because I didn't give the order quickly enough (even though I only paused for a few seconds and they weren't busy). I don't usually leave bad reviews but I just felt like the service was extremely rude in this case and I won't be giving them business.

So everybody knows McDonalds. But this was the best McDs I have been in, in ages. I was greeted immediately when I entered and it didn't feel forced!
The bathroom was clean. There were employees available to help with the kiosk, also pleasant and smiling. I ordered my food, took a table flag, and sat down in a clean booth and table. Actually the whole restaurant looked clean and tidy. Very shortly after I sat down my food was delivered to me. It was hot and fresh. Again, the person who brought my food was pleasant and even asked if I needed anything.
I don't rave about McDonalds. The food here was better than the average McDs. But having a clean restaurant and pleasant staff makes all the difference in the world.

Corporate requires the drive thru to be open 24/7, but if you go through during night hours, they will claim their “system is down” every single time. You can look in the window and see your order on their screen, and all the machines turned on. They simply do not want to cook at night. No refund either.
