I was very underwhelmed by the pizza here. It's sort of like a chipotle ordering system where they have all the ingredients and you tell them what you want. I like the idea but the pizza was not very good. The dough is soft and everything slides off.

Don’t answer their phone. Frequently make mistakes on orders. Most recently, left sauce off pizza. Not sure how that happens. Ordered through door dash. Receipt said pizza sauce. Called 3x times to address issue. This was the 4th time in 6 months. Won’t be ordering again.

My family and I love Mod Pizza but we will never visit this location again. The young people who work here don't seem to care about their jobs very much. It took over the 20 minutes for them to try to get our order right. My son's pizza ended up being undercooked and our salads were missing ingredients.

Their food always feels freshly prepared.

Wow, and not in a good way. We have been frequent patrons to this Mod Pizza store and tonight may likely be THE LAST time I ever come here. There was one of two people preparing the pizzas that actually knew what customer service means. He had a friendly demeanor, listened to our requests and complied to make great pizza. Sadly, he was the ONLY person behind the counter that looked like he actually LIKED what he was doing. The person doing the cooking and cashing people out was not friendly and pulled my mini pizza out of the oven before it was cooked well so that it was hot all the way through. My pizza was barely warm.

In the past, the people behind the counter were friendly, welcoming and made our pizzas with care that showed they wanted us to enjoy the meal we purchased. The occasional sourpuss was there, but the others in the store overshadowed that negativity.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the trend we've experienced here and our experience here this evening. We will be finding a new place to enjoy pizza from here forward.

Terrible service!! The person who served us was just short of rude and definitely impatient. And then when my salad was finished it was the wrong salad. When they corrected it, it still didn’t have the chicken I ordered. Thankfully another worker made it right quickly and apologized for the mistakes. The business is definitely losing money and customers by the poor service of the ONE employee with an unfriendly attitude. The food was great though!

I popped in here because my boys were hungry after doing the Loudoun Farm tour. It was very quiet and Brian took my order and made my son’s cheese pizza. Vivian cooked it to perfection. My boys loved it so much I ordered another one. Both Brian and Vivian were great. Very friendly, smiling and taking care of us. Great customer service. Will definitely be back when we are in the area. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for pizza.

Really surprised at the food experience we had. We were not sure what to expect but it was a tasty pizza, reasonable price for the serving, and the staff was bare bones but efficient and did well with the but of a rush that happened around the time we came in.
