I recently got married and had Smokin Willy cater my large wedding. They are absolutely fantastic and contributed to my dream wedding! From the initial tasting, through many planning meetings, and to the final walk-through, they made every step so easy. They were so organized and easy to talk-to. They provided many suggestions, photos, and menus, but also listened to what we wanted and envisioned. On the day of, they were so professional and quick at their job. The food was also delicious and cooked on site, which my guests raved about. Every detail was great and I would definitely recommend Smokin Willy to cater any event you need!

Have been here a few times, food is usually pretty good. Only problem is that sometimes they are out of certain foods or desserts. I haven’t been to many restaurants where they are always out of something. This has happen twice that that I have been here. I will of course return here and I do recommend you try it. The banana pudding is and the brownie Sunday is the best, never had the cheesecake and the root beer float is just something I can make at home. The ribs were great I would definitely get them again.

I’m from Texas, this is the best brisket I’ve had outside the Great State of Texas! Ribs were excellent! Sides were awesome as well. Collard greens were excellent!!

excellent service, but the food was terrible. The burnt tips were mush with a LOT of bad sauce smothering them. Funny enough, thats what i ordered because it was a chefs special. The mashed potatoes were the instant variety which were just reheated. would not recommend this place.

Smokin Willy never disappoints. Today we went and Cameron was our server. She was prompt, attentive, and did a fantastic job. The food was great, as usual, and came quickly as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

-(update/8/25/24) what was wrong with me?! Anyway this place is awesome except for the fact that I look 8 years old at 15 and every waiter ever treats me like one but not their fault good place! ??

It was our first time here and it was great!

Kayla was our server and she was fantastic. We were seated quickly and had our drink order taken right away. She kept up with refills and checked in on us frequently throughout our visit. We started with the crab dip as an appetizer. We're from Maryland, so it wasn't coated in old bay like we prefer (?) but it was enjoyable! The chips were especially good. I ordered the brisket mac and cheese for my main, which came with one side (I got the grilled veggies) and cornbread. My husband got the St. Louis style dry rub rack of ribs with mac, fries, and cornbread. As you can see from the picture, we dug right in before I thought to snap a photo. Everything was delicious! We were stuffed by the end so we didn't get to sample a dessert this time.

My husband and I did visit the restrooms while we were here and they were both pretty tidy! The women's restroom had some toilet paper on the ground but it was otherwise clean and pleasant. The women's restroom also has a changing table (not in a stall).

On another note, it was clearly busy when we visited and we overheard another server explain that they had multiple caterings and tastings that day, but we wouldn't have known because they did so well with checking in on us and the food came out quickly!

We will certainly be back when we visit the area again.

We used them for our daughter's wedding reception and I can't stop praising them. From start to finish, the process was so easy and they were amazing to work with. Food was awesome and the caterering staff the day of the event were wonderful! Thank you all for making our daughter's reception the best!

Wow gets a 5 out of 5 wow rating…. Quality meats and sauce…. Other BBQ related dishes and sides and for the Child eater (aka picky eater) some non BBG good items to choose from as well….

I've been enjoying Smokin Willy with friends for years. Their menu has something for every BBQ lover. I recommend the chicken dip and the pulled pork sandwich. The sauces are great, too.
