Love the staff. Parking lot sucks, back ups suck, but the kindness of the staff should really be mentioned more. They make an effort to know me and are always friendly even when they are slammed.
We try to stop at this Starbucks when we visit this area. This Starbucks is always busy. It always takes us a long time to get through the drive thru, even if we go inside it always takes a long time. This time we went in, they didn't have milk to make my drink, they only had coconut milk, also they did not ingredients to make a peppermint mocha.
Being completely honest… I try to avoid this location due to the way the parking lot is and because of it, the back up that the drive-through causes. However., I still gave the location five stars, because the customer service is impeccable. Sarah has a personality that can turn anyone’s day around with the most brief encounter. Not to discredit any other employee, but my interactions with her specifically make my day! Not sure if there is more than 1 Sarah(if only we could...
