Three stars purely for the employees. I've been there quite a few times and their espresso machine has been out. Last time I went there, I ordered a snack for my daughter then started to order a drink, only to find out the the man behind the counter wasn't actually a Starbucks employee. He said he could only get food and pour brewed coffee....WHY? I understand being short-handed and needing a break...so put up a sign that says you're closed and what time you'll...
