Sweet Frog

Very disappointed in the owners of Sweet Frog in Purcellville. We went to redeem this card my 5 year old daughter earned at school for free small cup of yogurt and we were told it expired? Nothing on the card says anything about an expiration date.

This is a self serving frozen yogurt shop. The environment is clean. The flavors of yogurt are plenty. I always enjoyed coming to this place until recently,, they added tipping to the checkout screen, with choices of 18%, 20%, and 25%. As someone who routinely tip 20% or more at a sit down restaurant or hair salon, I think this is another example of America’s out of control tipping culture. Since this is a self serving shop, customers pick their own bowls, select and pump yogurt into their own bowls. The staff only handle the final check out. So, why is tipping even suggested? With a traditional tip jar, people may sometimes volunteer to leave a dollar or two. But with a screen shoveled right into your face, suggesting a tip of 18-25% for no service performed, do they treat tip as tax now? Shall we all tip cashiers at Harris Teeter or UPS next door? Yes, there’s an option of “no tip”. You can click that option under the stare of the cashier and be made to feel like a cheapskate while doing absolutely nothing wrong or unconventional. Business owners, please pay your employees a fair wage instead of guilt tripping your customers.

I usually visit the Purcellville and Leesburg locations, and they’re definitely some of the cleanest and well stocked Sweet Frogs I’ve been to!

This (and their Leesburg location that the owner suggested I also visit) were hands down the cleanest and best maintained Sweet Frogs I have ever been to. Absolutely earned the five stars. I'll be coming back!

Third time in a row we've driven to SF from Lovettsville with kids wanting to go and the place bring closed with a sign on the door. Two times before it was supposed to be open till 9 but we were there at 7:45 and then 8:00. Today it was 5 pm. All of their online stuff shows them as being open for business at these times.

Grandbaby is always happy to come here. Clean, friendly service.

An amazing Frozen Yogurt store with equally amazing and friendly people. I arrived just moments after they closed just a few minutes ago around 8:05pm and they not only still served me but they even gave me a free frozen yogurt, not sure what I did to deserve such generosity, but I am deeply grateful for the kindness, thank you Sweet Frog ?

Had literally the worst day to include my car breaking down. Took my daughter in for a treat I had promised her and at check out I realized I left my wallet at work. The young lady working was so extremely kind and understanding. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but her kindness tonight was the biggest blessing. We will be frequenting this location often! Highly recommend!
