Surprisingly delicious! It's one guy so you do have to wait a few minutes but not too long and well worth it! My kiddo got the chocolate chip waffle and I got the full breakfast combo with 2eggs, hash brown, bacon, sausage, and a waffle. I couldn't believe I ate the whole thing! It was delicious on a cold mountain morning. We also got coffee. All the condiments were available for self service. We'll be back there!Features: It's essentially a food 'truck'. The Waffle Dude has the best breakfast food! Once you try his homemade waffles and pancakes you won’t ever step foot in an IHOP or Waffle House again! Our go to is the liege waffle and cafe mocha but we’ve had almost everything on the menu and you truly can’t go wrong. The Dude has a passion for what he does.
