RACHEL IS MY HERO!! I’m an avid boba drink lover from Cali and Merge is now my go-to drink place in VA because of Rachel. Twice, I have asked for “the most chocolatey drink possible” (off menu) and both times she knocked it out of the park! I definitely recommend visiting and if you don’t see exactly what you want on the menu, just ask the baristas to make something up for you. They are very talented, kind, and accommodating of requests.

Merge is a great spot for Marines to swing by for a quick lunch during a busy day. The food is delicious but the service you receive is unmatched! Rachel, Alexa, & Dee-Nice are wonderful and a true pleasure to be around! Try the Bahn Mi & Bubble tea!

I got a frozen banana matcha with boba and it was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try a different flavor next time.
This place is AWESOME. Especially for being on a base, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and service.
The place is thoughtfully decorated and the music is mellow, relaxing, and groovy as many other good cafés. The food is very good. I came here multiple times and tried breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and the banh mi. I enjoyed the "daily" breakfast sandwich with added avocado and hot sauce for breakfast and the breakfast for lunch burrito. The lattes are also tasty. My favorite was the iced mocha latte with almond milk. I also tried their thai tea, but it was too sweet for my taste. It did not taste like other thai teas that I have had. The service wasn't SUPER fast but it also wasn't slow. The staff did not sacrifice speed for quality, as it was consistently great each time I came here.
I highly recommend trying this café out if you're on base. Easily the best café around the area.
Went my first day in Q town and everything was great! Came back my last day in Q town and there was one person working and doing her best but she was executing so many online orders that I was left waiting 30 minutes for a tea! I left without my already paid for drink. So disappointing! Don’t go when there is one person working! It’s too popular of a place for that kind of overhead savings!
