Employees seem lackadaisical. Unwelcoming and move with no sense of urgency or purpose. One employee finished her conversation with her coworker, and then just looked at me when she was done and I had to greet her with a good morning, how you doing? Didn’t get a response back. Either employees need customer service training or hire new employees with better attitudes.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. This place is extremely unprofessional. made an online order without realizing it was a marine base which i couldn’t get through, i’m not from here. I had called to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone denied it to me. i asked if there’s any way they can help so i can get my order and the girl proceeded to tell me the app could refund it to me but i had walked her through the app and telling her i don’t see that option. at this point i was annoyed cause she wasn’t helping. i asked her if she could possibly have my order made somewhere else and she said no i would have to contact corporate. i had asked to speak to manager and she said she was and i asked if i could speak to someone else. she put the phone down not going on mute and began to mock me and hung up. after that i called back and she hung up the phone on me. this was so unprofessional not sure how she became a manager if she even is one. i went to a different dunkin and they were helpful and actually told me the girl could have canceled my order she had access to it. she needs to be properly trained and needs better customer service. this is the worst customer service ever. she needs to be talked to.

I get that fast food is juggling mobile orders and in person orders. I really do get that. However, if you're going to struggle with the amount of mobile orders to the point of making in-person customers wait a ridiculous amount of time, hire more people. Assign 1 or 2 employees to mobile, and 1 to the counter. There has now been multiple times where the screen is lit up with mobile orders, but there's a line at the counter being ignored. Quantico's food and drink options are terrible (compared to most other bases), but I had higher hopes for DD.

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews on businesses when something wasn’t right but here I am. This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to. For one, I placed a mobile order that clearly says an Egg and Cheese on a Criossant with WHITE CHEDDAR!! NOT AMERICAN CHEESE!! I understand this happening once maybe twice but this happened four times already. And I know that I should’ve said something after the second time but by the time i realized it was wrong, it’s too late. Second, I’ve had one glazed donut one time and it was STALE. I don’t care about the donut being warm but at least throw away the donuts that feel hard as a rock. So either close this place down or fired all of the current employees and hire new ones and be more strict on training because this is ridiculous. And the other reviews were not kidding when they also said that this was the worst Dunkin they’ve been to.

We don’t come on base very often and we decided to get a treat for the kids for being good at the doctors. Seriously the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. We got a dozen donuts and when we got home about 15 minutes later to eat them, we realized they were stale. What a waste of money, I just threw them all in the trash.

The worst Dunkin donuts I have ever experienced. Donuts were stale, staff were not engaged, and they looked like they yearned for the sweet release of death! The bathroom was off-limits to guests. Donuts frosting was melting to do the temperature. Avoid this DD at allcost, I would rather eat my shoes.

I stop at this Quantico Dunkin nearly EVERY day. The staff is always courteous and pleasant. My wait time is usually just a couple minutes. Most of them have my specific daily order memorized! They are all awesome!

This particular Dunkin location:Smoketown Road, Woodbridge VA 22193.Most of the employees greet you and than you with such beautiful smiles. One young man always says to me when I leave a tip "Thank you! I appreciate you!"With a beautiful smile upon his face. I'm a regular and I've noticed when he works, all customers are greeted the same way by him.
