I visited this location during lunch time. You would think they know how to handle the lunch rush, being physically on the base. It was a horrible experience. Everyone who ordered in the drive-thru had to pull forward or park and wait for their food. This made the parking lot very congested and unsafe. I waited 25 minutes, and had to go in and get a refund because the young lady came to my car 3 times with the wrong order. When I went inside there was no apology or anything. I expected more from a restaurant on base. This place needs a managerial overhaul. Be aware when visiting.

Food keeps shrinking, I'm tired of watching people behind me get food before me when I order a big Mac, special ordered my coffee to pay nearly 4 dollars for a black coffee. Like thanks I could made that at work for the 300th day in a row but I wanted something a little different today and the coffee wasn't even hot.

I’m tired of getting hair in my food. At first it was just IN the bag and now it was literally IN my sandwich. I was a manager at McDonald’s at one point, and you were required to wear hairnets in the kitchen. It seems like these people aren’t even wearing hairnets. So disgusting. I’m never going here again, I can’t stomach another hair in my food. I wouldn’t recommend going here either. Not even for something quick.

I had a really unfortunate experience at this McDonald’s today, 6/25/24, that had me so upset I had to leave this review. I came through the drive thru during my lunch break around 1:15pm. I have the simplest order because I’m pregnant and I only want certain things. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries with ketchup and a Diet Coke. When I get to the second window to get my food, there was an older, shorter, African American woman handing the food out, and she had very short hair as well (I didn’t see her name tag). She doesn’t respond when I say “Hello,” and smile at her…. She hands me a bag of food and starts to hand me an iced coffee, I realize that’s not my drink but assume maybe they grabbed the wrong drink, I say “oh I had a Diet Coke” as I’m checking in the bag to see if it’s my food quick, she immediately yells at me “well don’t go touching the bag if it’s not yours,” which how would I know if the food was correct or not if I don’t check? I hand the bag back kinda shocked. She goes to get my food and I check the food in that bag because, again, pregnant, and really just need the food to be what I ordered and my burger is wrong, it’s not a plain cheeseburger. I tell her “I’m sorry this burger is still wrong, I had a plain cheeseburger.” She looks at me BEYOND annoyed and aggressively says, “well you’ll have to go park then,” I was shocked she was speaking to me like this was my annoying fault for wanting my correct food I paid for? I respond kindly, “well it’s not my fault the orders still wrong,” and she looks at me with disgust and rolls her eyes. I pull over and thank GOD for the nice young woman who brought me my correct burger, I got really teary eyed and upset telling her what had just happened with the woman at the window and she felt very bad about it and apologized. I know this sounds silly but I was having a bad day myself and just wanted to have lunch and to get back to work, not to be treated like I was the biggest inconvenience to come through the drive thru that afternoon, when I did nothing wrong. Kindness goes a really long way and you just never know what someone’s going through and so I hope this woman is immediately removed from interacting with customers as I’ve seen her here before and she’s never pleasant or kind. If customers are paying for food, then they need to get the correct order and be treated with respect. This seems to be a recurring problem at this location based on reviews so I won’t be back. It’s really a shame because the military and civilian family/workers deserve better from the services allowed on base.

This is one of the first self service McDonalds I have been to and it was not a good experience. Used a kiosk and whoever was making the food must not have read the print out cause instead of a quarter pounder with cheese, I got a hamburger. Others in the group got the wrong order as well.

This is the only McDonald’s that I enjoy going to mostly because Blanca always greets me with a smile and is extremely professional and polite with her customer service. Blanca always makes my mornings better with her vivacious personality!

Went to the McDonalds at Quantico MCB. Their self service machine said they had Kerwin Frost boxes. I ordered one. When I tried to order a second, the machine said they were out, suggesting I’d just ordered the last box. At the counter, the cashier insisted they had no KF boxes left. I replied that the machine said they had one and I ordered it. The cashier didn’t check and insisted they were out, then returned to me the difference between a KF box and a regular meal. When the food was brought to our table my daughter’s order was missing. The woman delivering the food didn’t understand despite my providing her the receipt. As I am Hispanic, I spoke to her in Spanish. That seemed to irritate her and she stormed off with the receipt. I had to stand up and speak to the manager before they gave me my daughter’s sandwich. My daughter still did not have her iced coffee. She had to go to the counter personally to get the iced coffee that we paid for. After that, the assistant manager and others kept watching us and circling our table. I don’t understand the passive resistance in completing our order nor do I understand why we were treated oddly when they messed up the order from the beginning.

Normally, when I go to this establishment it’s pretty good in the morning. Breakfast only. When it is lunch and dinner, they suck. Blanca is the only person at this McDonald’s who deserves a raise bc she is actually so sweet and knows how to take my order. ?✨
Today I went to this establishment and they forgot my ranch two times, repeatedly. Instead of giving me my ranch the second time, they gave me a straw instead! ?? Wow!! I didn’t even order a drink. Thank God the seven day is right next to this McDonald’s or I would’ve been Ranchless ?
