I know there's a lot of 1-star reviews, but we've had nothing but positive experiences. We've ordered in store to eat there, and we've had plenty of pizzas delivered. I need to mention Marilyn though. I had family visiting where one member needed to eat gluten free. We had never ordered a GF pizza from Papa Johns before, so I called to ask questions about dedicated pans or if they clean space prior to prep. Marilyn explained everything and offered to make the pizza herself. She even called a few days later to ask if everything worked out. Understanding Papa Johns isn't a dedicated GF place, it can be tricky with allergies, Celiac, and sensitivities. No family member felt sick afterwards which was definitely a plus. Marilyn went above and beyond to ensure proper precautions were made as best as possible, and I appreciate that so much!

Don’t waste your time never had pizza ready and girl with glasses seems to careless. They have a tip sign says our cooks need dough. How about our cooks need a new job? Make some pizza to put out so customers can get food on time not in ur time. Stay away.

Called and ordered 3 pizza’s to be delivered to the tbs side of base. 2 hours later they deliver the pizza to the main side of base. By the time the food made it to us, it was as cold as pulling it out of the fridge the next morning. This was after calling them an hour later after ordering and making sure they knew where the address was on the west side of base.

I ordered two XL pizzas online and scheduled the delivery at school (QMHS) right at dismissal. I also called the store to explain the possible drop off complication what with school buses, etc. The person answering the phone was friendly and very helpful, found my order and made sure the driver brought the pizza and drinks at exactly the right time so as not to get stuck in school bus & student pickup traffic. The kids loved the pizza and I liked the pepperoni and the veggie pizza plus the banana peppers and garlic sauce included for free. I liked that there was a good choice besides caffeinated softdrinks and the kids really loved the Dole lemonade. The driver was very efficient and helpful and all in all it was a big win. Thank you!! I won't hesitate to order again!
Great experience every time I go here or have delivery! New management was definitely needed and you can see a difference. Shift leader Tyler always greets me with a smile and makes the best pizza!! Delivery driver Sunshine is always prepared and prompt on my deliveries! Keep up the good work guys!!

13:30 hrs they don't want to make more pizza for the 2 slice special. No signs posted that the special ends at 14:00hrs. Ice machine but no ice.enu is not correct on premises. Says bread sticks are dollar. They say they don't make bread sticks and have not in a year. Yet, they have not fixed the menu board about that and have not posted a sign saying the hours of the special. What is going on in that zoo ?
