Great place-4 years ago when I first gave it 4 stars . Sorry I had to update it. Now it's terrible. I ordered a gyro sandwich and it was confirmed. Also a side salad and I get this garbage. Getting told there was a mix up in the kitchen. Waiter knew it was wrong and still brought it. Gave 1/2 off. If I had time to go somewhere else I would have. Not going back.

I would not recommend ordering from here! I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get the order and card number correct. Chicken was spongy and they messed up my order. My order still came incorrect.

We came in with our four young daughters during the Christmas season. Jen was all by herself taking orders, cooking , prepping, and cleaning up and all with a smile on her face. She made my daughter who has a tomato allergy scratch made white sauce for her pizza. My daughter said it was the BEST pizza she has ever had, even better than dominos. Not only did she do that but she hand tossed it since the pizza press was broken. She did not miss a beat going above and beyond for everyone in the restaurant. The food was amazing and the happy attitude made us feel at home. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Sam's for lunch. We were greeted and seated quickly and put our orders in. Service was a bit slow and they were out of french fries (which meant onion rings for me and salad for my date). I ordered the pastrami sub, my date had a burger.The food came out flavorful, hot and delicious, will return soon

Usually this place is decently good. In past couple months its rapidly declining in food quality. I ordered the steak and shrimp. Steak was thin, tough, and lacked flavor. Shimp were freezer burnt, then fryer burnt, with soft batter inside. Mashed potatoes cold and dry. Cheesecake was even different. Used to have nice thick slices, now its more like Sara Lee without any topping option. Not sure if its a management issue or sign of the times.

Menu stated bud light but when my husband ordered he was told they did not have any bud light. He ordered chopped steak(seasoned ground beef smothered in gravy) and mashed potatoes. He received thin tough steak with no gravy and cold mashed potatoes. He talked to the waitress who then served him a very salty gravy. I ordered the meriterranean bowl(chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, fetta, hummus on top of white rice). I was told that they did not have any chicken was beef ok?, I said ok.The beef was inedible. It was fat and gristle. The meals we received were not what was on the menu. Basically the worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant. We would never go back there.

We've come here a few times and had great experiences but last night was very different. My spouse and I ordered pastas which were cold and poorly made. They reheated one but sent it back to us with cold sprinkled cheese on top. Tasted old. Couldn't eat either pasta. Son ordered a kids pizza. Said it tasted different than usual but made his way through most of it. He became violently ill a few hours afterwards and all through the night.I will say the waitresses were kind and attentive but the food was very off-putting. Hopefully whatever they changed recently is resolved soon because the food was great before.
