I’m from out of town and there are no caribou coffee shops on the east coast. I waited overnight at this rest stop because of how much I love caribou coffee and when I woke up it was closed still. The door says they open at 6 am and online they say 7 am but neither of those times are correct because there was no staff even there. Complete waste of my time and really upset. Driving away with no coffee and breakfast. If you don’t have staff at this location then you should make that clear online. What a joke.

Love Caribou, but this location is bad. Hours say 6am-6pm then Google says hours are 7am-6pm. Sign on a closed gate says 6am-3pm due to staffing issues. Okay well why am I here at 7:20 and it's still closed? We specifically stayed overnight here at the rest stop to get Caribou for our drive home. We have no locations near us. Completely wasted our time. If you're gonna represent the brand actually operate the business.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the coffee, it’s just much more expensive than it is in Minnesota where they’re more common.

The baritista's are very nice easy to deal with . Great place to get coffee.

The Mint Condition - the Turtle Mocha - oh how I missed thee! There was a time when Caribou Coffees were everywhere - I got their delectable coffee at Northern Virginia malls, at my neighborhood local shopping center, and back home in NC. Their specialty drinks were the perfect blend of caffeine and dessert - and very much not like Starbucks or Peete's or anywhere else. And then they were all gone in a flash, to my dismay, EXCEPT this one last Virginia location!!! What a find! Can you also still imagine the crisp minty taste of a Mint Condition (with the little mints chopped on top)? The caramel smoothness of a Turtle Mocha? Then stop at Exit 205 on Hwy 81 - they are inside the Orchard Creek Auto Plaza. While pumping gas and checking out the extensive array of other items to purchase (from purses and slankets to local-made snacks and dog accessories), you can grab a cup of nostalgia to go.

Gina was fabulous! Coffee and the service was great! I’m traveling back to MN where there are Caribous everywhere (I happen to work at one!) and when I saw this gem on a sign on the freeway..we had to stop. It did not disappoint!

Good coffee, a little overpriced (by like $0.50-$1.50 per drink).

Coffee was really good. The barista was so nice. The restaurant was very clean and the gas station it was in had a large variety of items.

The lady seemed irritated when the front lady mentioned I’d want milk in my tea, then my tea was super hot(I know they do it to certain temperatures). Then I ordered a carabou mocha and there were no marshmallows or chocolate chips on top as it says it should have. Lady with long red/brown hair, but aside from that the iced carabou was good.

Love caribou and glad there is still a store around.Very expensive sadly. $8 for a hot large latte that was made with fresh beans from a super-automatic coffee drink maker vs a barista.

Awesome coffeehouse. Great drink options all around. I especially love the mint condition mocha. I personally think it's twice as good as a Starbucks peppermint mocha. The interior is nicely done and clean it has tables inside too in case you want to sit and drink your coffee plus it's right inside the truck stop which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend trying them out on your travels through the area.Parking: Large parking lot with many spots for both cars and semi trucks
