They are spiking the peppers with extra hot heat, so hot I have blisters on my cheeks and tongue, I ate part of one and it was so hot I can't taste, I saved one to mail in in case when I contact corporate I can prove the point this is not the pepper that is supposed to be, I want a complete refund for my order. Wish me luck and if you dont like ghost pepper hot peppers don't eat the ones they handing out

This is one of the worst ever Papa John’s Pizza so nasty disgusting it’s so bad customer service is horrible. The pizza is so nasty. Don’t ever buy from this place
If your work time is stated until 22.00, then this means that you must work until 22.00! And when employees are rude that we are closed at 21.40 and can only receive a client, this is very unprofessional. you have delicious food but many of your restaurants openly neglect service

The customer service is absolutely horrible!! Every-time we call they answer as if they are overly annoyed and very uninterested in speaking! Rude is an understatement! A couple years ago we use to order on a WEEKLY basis, as our son loved papa John’s! The last time we actually was able to place an order was a year ago, we paid over the phone and then they CLOSED AND NEVER DELIVERED OUR FOOD! Since, It has been about one year now, that they tell us they can’t deliver EVERYTIME we have called regardless of the time of day it is. I’m not sure if management has changed or what, but what ever the change is, it is HORRIBLE! They need to fire everyone there and start over OR just close the doors at this point! I have never rated any place at such a low rating before! -0

Second time that i tried Papa Jones in here, first time had to return can’t remember the exact reason. Today ordered my pizza and see the pictures uncooked, completely doughy underneath.Never taking a chance in here any more. Shame to you ppl, paying over $20 for 12inch pizza at least take your time and do it right.
