Second time that i tried Papa Jones in here, first time had to return can’t remember the exact reason. Today ordered my pizza and see the pictures uncooked, completely doughy underneath.Never taking a chance in here any more. Shame to you ppl, paying over $20 for 12inch pizza at least take your time and do it right.

We got to the store before 8 and three employees told us they closed at 8 even though Google says they close at 10. The bread sticks were covered in grease and were raw inside. I ordered extra cheese and the pizza has barely any cheese on it. It was obvious they just wanted us to cancel our order and leave. They asked us multiple times if we wanted to revise the order, to try and get us to cancel. It was a horrible experience.

The two employees working were both taking orders and handling money. Then guess what they went to make the pizzas with those dirty hands and no gloves. They picked up the toppings with their bare hands. I asked for a refund because I will not be eating it since I saw how unsanitary they are being. The lady said they aren't required to do anything special or wear gloves because the oven kills the germs. I asked her for the number to corporate and she then told me I can call and complain if I want but it's not going to go anywhere so I'd be wasting my time. I threw the pizza away, and I will make sure to avoid Papa John's every time I go to Whites Travel Center

I ordered a pizza for myself which charged me $27 and then when i saw them making pizzas without gloves it was very gross which terrified me and I couldn’t even think about eating pizza after seeing that thing. I don’t know what else to say after seeing this right in front of my eyes
