Passing thru and grabbed lunch for us to eat later. I ordered a Large Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. What I was given is pictured below ... So ... umm ... only 1 out of 4 people get gravy with their mashed potatoes?! For $7, thats ridiculous. I checked thru the rest of the bag. There is not a separate gravy. Just that small little bit on top. Buyer beware. They cut corners and rip people off. Pretty insulting to over charge to begin with. And then not even give an ample amount per person ... wont be giving y'all my business again.
*** The workers were pleasant and my food was made quickly. My issue is with management, making people pay MORE for LESS.

The ghost pepper wing were just ok no spice and too much breading. The wing and thigh. Got tased like old grease. The biscuit was hard. The red beans and rice were good. The coleslaw was warm. Oh eat in the restaurant the breading makes a huge mess in your truck

Cashier seemed a bit absentminded. He gave me the wrong sized cup lid. No problem, I just grabbed the right one. When I went to throw away the large lid I saw at least five more large lids in the trash already. Clearly he had been doing it for a while. He had a Subway uniform on, so I can't really blame him. We had to wait a bit for the Fried Pickles. Also not a problem. We ordered two combo meals, and they forgot the fries out of one of them. The food was good, things just didn't run the smoothest.

Very poor service. They were bagging orders and then putting them in random places and not calling the orders out. At one point during my 25 minute wait, there was a total of 7 people waiting for their order. I'm certain mine was one of the ones they just tossed on top of the shelf without calling it out. But 20 minutes later they had to remake it cause they didn't even know what was in the bags they already put together. They were bagging different orders together, giving the wrong stuff to the wrong people, and dropping stuff on the floor and not cleaning it up.

Very over priced as usual for a Popeyes inside a truck stop but the customer service was excellent and food was fresh. No complaints other then the inflated truck stop prices the employees have zero control over.
