Very over priced as usual for a Popeyes inside a truck stop but the customer service was excellent and food was fresh. No complaints other then the inflated truck stop prices the employees have zero control over.

When I finally received my order, I asked for ketchup and ranch only gave me two little packets and said that ranch was extra, since when?

Had the worst experience ever! Placed and online order and drove from Lexington, VA which is about a 20 minute drive and I get here and have been waiting now 20 minutes with no I'm sorry or anything just left me waiting without a word. Won't be coming back here again might as well drive to Roanoke and I get better service and food!
Absolutely garbage. Paid $21.99 for a 5 piece spicy tender large combo. Dr. Pepper was flat, biscuit was a brick, only received 3 tenders and only 1 was spicy and didn't receive my 2nd side. Seeing all the negative reviews on here just goes to say that corporate couldn't care less about their resturants poor service and quality. This will be the last time they see any of my money.
