Stopped in to place an order totaling $25.13 and tried to use my Wendy’s reward for $5 off $25. The cashier told me it wouldn’t apply because the subtotal had to be $25—even though my total clearly qualified.
What made it worse was watching the same employee offer a discount code to the next customer in line without her even asking. The only difference between us? Race.
It’s 2025, and I shouldn't have to point out that this kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. Wendy’s serves people of all backgrounds—your staff should treat every customer fairly and respectfully. Do better.

Order a baconator walked all the way to my truck no bacon on it then when I told the lady how I wanted it fixed she's scoffed at me like oh my God service is poor I wouldn't recommend and the reason I gave him one star because I couldn't give them no star or half a star

If I'm looking to eat at a fast food burger place, Wendy's is usually not my 2nd, 3rd or even 4th choice. This was at a truck stop gas station that I had stopped at and the sausage breakfast burrito looked good, so I ordered it. It DID NOT disappoint! Good sized burrito that had sausage, egg, cheese and potato wedges in it AND they give you Cholula hot sauce with it.
