After placing an order for Door Dash that hours later I never received I was told if I would come get it I would receive the sub for free along with a full refund to be told when I got there they did not have the order and would not be giving the sub I showed proof of message stating to come pick up the order with the refund and was still denied the food along with an awful attitude hopefully no one else has to have that experience so much for the customer always being right and them sticking to their word even when having proof

they’re supposed to close at 10 but do not they close early and refuse service js about after 9 the food is fine but closing almost a hour before is stupid

Been coming here for a while, we live close by and it's been our go to when we have family come in so we usually always do a very large mobile order here.. but after today, probably not coming back as the new older woman working here was incredible rude after they messed up my order.

First when my brother in law picked up the she, this older woman, acted really rude to my brother in law about our large mobile order. Once we returned home we discovered they had messed up my sandwich.

Tried calling first, she hook up on us, then I had to drive back out to the store when she acted like she didn't believe me even tho I was holding the recipe and sandwich in front of her. I get people have bad days and make mistakes but do not be rude to me because of your mistakes..

This isn't the first time we have had issues with mobile orders here, so be careful.

Stopped in at 9:41pm on 08/13 the lady said she was closing so she could count the drawer. I said you don't close till 10 but she refused to make us a sub. What a shame that employees treat customers that way!
