Food was hot and warm.. was parked and asked if we could get sauces for our jalapeno poppers and chicken fries and ketchup she said yes very quickly like rushing us to park when got food no sauces or ketchup was in bag. Also their card machine was down and had to pay with cash.

My burger was fresh & delicious as well as my onion rings. It was the Dr Pepper I had an issue with. It was not set up well, had little flavor, hardly any carbonation. It may have been that the box of soda was empty. Some tables needed to be cleaned but everything was decent.

Love this place! My husband and I eat here every single day And we always get the same deal on that app. After I give them our code they automatically know what each of us want on our chicken sandwiches and know what we want for the drinks... They always remember that I love ketchup & add plenty to our bag everyday! Very nice. Except 1 manger. We went through the dri thru like everyday and they forgot 1 chicken sandwich we didn't notices until later that evening after they were done closed we didn't get to eat until like 12 o'clock that night so I said I'll get it tomorrow when we get burger king well we told the manger and she wanted the receipt that was on the bag. We didn't get the bag for the receipt to be on but I had the receipts on my email so she replaced the sandwich but said no matter what next time I have to call and tell them they forgot something or have the receipt that was on the bag! If u didn't receive the food then how u gonna have the receipt.. just to clear things up we had 2 horses that day! But overall we love this place and eat here every single day;)
Will not give a refund on a non-picked up mobile order that they don't even make till you arrive, and then make you wait 5 mins for it anyways.

They listen well and get the order correct. Food is good and fresh. My only complaint is the tomatoes are green , not ripe at all, hard to eat.One time the bun was like cardboard. But I eat here often and 99 percent of the time the food is great and the service is great ! Please add strawberry Fanta to the menu...the cheese sticks are not good , the marinara dip isn't good either, sorry !!! Onion rings are good though and we love your chicken the best of all the other fast food places.Updating my review. The food has gone downhill greatly. Please wear hair nets the past 4 times I ordered food I had long blond hair in my food. Also the guy with the oozing cold sore on his mouth looked really bad as did the guy who emptied the trash handled the trash then handled food without washing his hands, watched i know this as a fact. Please teach your employees to be clean !!!! The ketchup packs are nasty covered in sticky goo. The last sandwich bun I got was weird ...will share photos. My dog and myself got sick from the chicken 3 times now.
