Today's special, the NY Strip, was a massive disappointment, as it was the most bland steak I've ever had, lacking any notable seasoning or flavor. I will say it’s one of the biggest steaks I’ve ever had a restaurant I will give them that.

Atmosphere at coal-town taps is awesome! Jensen, is one of a kind and makes awesome mixed drinks! Definitely a place I recommend! Good place to chill and listen to music on the weekends!

Food was good. I got a to go burger bacon cheeseburger $19. I don’t understand why one burger is $19 but I had already ordered it without asking for price so it was my fault. I guess I was not expecting $19 for Winberger though it was a good burger I know everything’s expensive these days. I just don’t understand what is inside of a $19 hamburger.

I've been here about five times and have enjoyed every visit. Savannah has tended the bar four out of those five times and is always super friendly and attentive. The food is quite good and the draft beer is cold. It's definitely a good place for a meal and a beer or three.

Good food, good beer. Good service. I just wish they didn't play country music all the time. They need to have rock bands, Victor Lawson is great, but some more bands will be nice as well. It's good to hear better music that isn't country.

only thing we didn't LOVE was the tatey salad... BUT only because we don't like green peppers... that's all. NOTE.... The plate did look a little disconnected.... Chef
