We ordered pizza at roughly 6:30pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 7:20. We understood it may be late because it was a Friday night and the Tyson-Paul fight was going on. The issue was no one contacted us once to let us know how late it would be. Eventually my partner drove and picked it up, only for the pizza and wings both to be cold. There was no offer of taking a percentage off the order, or reheating it. With options like Giovanni’s, Pizza Plus and Bellacinos, I see no reason for us to ever go back to this establishment.

It's pizza hut. Nothing special or different about it than most places. It was prompt service and food was pretty good, not hot like usual but warm enough to eat when we got home. The food estimated pick up must have been too long. But all in all it was a decent experience

We get most of our orders delivered from Pizza Hut,. They are quick getting food here, it's still warm , and there drivers are polite.

Well, where to start just moved here about a year ago I have traveled the world trying all types of food and especially pizza. Pizza is my favorite food. So I figured haven't cooked yet order from pizza hut since God forbid this town have any pizza joint in it worth anything. Well ordered stuff crust and a hand tossed they say 30 min or so. Cool, showed up in 25 min WoW!! You think we'll I live at least 12 to 14 minutes away so do the math take a order send it through a oven and drive 14 minutes away all under 30 min. I asked for light sauce apparently down here in this area light sauce means extra sauce. No way in hell did they make it fresh in that short of time. Tasted like it sat for hours or didn't let it cook because it tasted like dough. Spoke to Susan asst. Manager at least she was willing to put my money back on my card. If I could give a zero 0 I would completely awful place to eat pizza.

The food was perfect. The drive-through was backed out to the road but the associate quickly got everyone through and was very polite. I expected to be sitting there for a while, but that was not the case.
