The food was perfect. The drive-through was backed out to the road but the associate quickly got everyone through and was very polite. I expected to be sitting there for a while, but that was not the case.

Ok some of you may have seen my review on the melt. Today I made another order and told them about my melt and they included a free one in my order and made it so much better! The melt still isn't for me but if you don't want your melt crunchy they will do it halfway so it's softer. In this order I ordered a NY style pepperoni double decker or whatever it's called and it was absolutely hands down the best pizza I have ever ate in my entire life and it's the size of a large if not a little bigger. It has 6 pieces which are extra large pieces of pizza. It's so delicious and the customer service was 100% great. Thank you to the lady that took my order and made up for the melt yesterday. She said if you have any problems with your food from there to please call and they will do their best to fix the issue. So happy! I've never ate such a delicious pizza in my life! It's spectacular! Would definitely order again! Also can't remember if I Said this already but it's only 16 something for the pizza. On Doordarshan it' said 20 something so I just ordered it straight from pizza hut and I'm so glad I did! ? Hope your food is as delicious as mine! God Bless everyone of you! Amazing customer service and the delivery and everything only took maybe 20 mins! So great. Thanks!

Today we eat at the Richlands Pizza Hut and it was great! They have an awesome buffet! Only recommendation I would have is offer buffet on Sunday too! Thank you for great service! Our server was Edna and great food! Keep up the great work!
I got delivery here but it was very fast and the driver was friendly. My food wasn't turned upside down or anything.

The temperature in this rat hole was in the 50's. They were running the A/C in February. When I asked the waitress if the heat wasn't working she replied that the heat worked, but, they wouldn't turn it on because that would make the kitchen too hot for the cooks. Never setting foot in there again.

They've changed their menu, their new pastas ant replace the ones they already had, bellacinos is better and Penn Station is phenomenal!!!!- way worth the change fr pizza hut
